Sadly, some people need to go gluten free since they are allergic to it. For example when my sister eats gluten her stomach gets so gassy it's like she ate some mexican food.
My life was pretty sad before I discovered how to minimize the symptoms because of gluten, lactose, beans, celery, random shit. I also had to cut out all added sugars and now I put on 15 pounds of muscle in a year since my body couldn't absorb protein or carbs because it was under constant stress. In the morning i eat oatmeal with soymilk and fruit , chicken and rice and veg for other meals and fish 4-6 time a week. Its actually very pleasant, im not constantly crashing since i have only brown rice and slow cooked oats or yams as carbs. Before if I ate a mcegg in the morning I would have to take a nap at 10:30..
should have made a seperate channel for that serious stuff, viewers here want to see iPhones shredded and mrbles crushed to a fine dust, not apple bread beeing baked.
The "gluten-free" flour is probably potato starch. Google the proportions for coconut flour, tapioca flour and arrowroot for an actually healthy gluten-free alternative.... Or just eat some broccoli sprouts and forget the bread.
These videos are great and everything but you're 921,000 who were probably in there mid teens when they first subscribed to your channel back in the day are not interested in cooking videos, they want to see stuff get blended. Sorry :/
