Hey man I just want to let you know, I've watched a countless amount of your videos and I've been doing my own euros ever since I started watching you. I now have an in with a taxidermy shop out of miami florida called taxidermy unlimited; where I do all their euros, due to how amazing mine come out. So thank you for your videos and your work. I've tried several methods and the steps you provide in your videos lay the foundation for a beautiful piece to display of your harvest. So thank you and God bless you and yours brother. Brian
I wish I knew about your channel a couple of months ago when did my first euro elk myself. I struggled a little bit with it. But I’ll be ready next time! I can’t stop watching your videos. Good looking skull! Thanks for being so informative on every step!🤘🏼
Wow!!!! What a elk!!!! No ground shrinkage on that one. Amazing bull. Once agian thank you for posting. Your videos never get old. Take care, your friend from Nebraska!!
Hey there- thanks for the videos. I do some euro skulls, thanks to the knowledge you’ve passed on, and had a question about what appears to be a change in your technique. I’ve seen you take the auditory canals out PRE-boil and was wondering what caused the shift in your process? Many thanks and keep up the good work.
Hey man. Thanks for providing all the great vids over the years!! What a great bull. I'm looking to purchase a smaller pressure washer. Would you still recommend the Green Works 1500? Thanks in advance for the help...
Love your videos, I have learned a lot . Ran into a new issue, bought some electrical tape, Stanley extreme weather. When I pulled my skulls out of the simmer some tape residue landed on one of the top of the eye sockets and soaked into the bone, now it’s black. If my peroxide coat does not remove the color, is there anything else I could try? Thanks
What knife are you using and we do a different process with the banteng we let them sit in warm water for three or four days let them go rotten in the water with nappy sand whitening water normally said said about 30° that way you maintain the naval structure
That hardest part for me is the nasal cavity. Getting all the junk out with out breaking the inside. Do you have any tips? Thanks for the video have a good day
I know it’s been bout a month but I got a quick question about bone cleaning, I’m using maceration on some deer ribs from a decomposing deer roadkill (I reckon she’d been laying there for 5 days) and there’s a lot of blood stuck INSIDE the actual bone, I’m new to using this method of not bone cleaning at all and all I’ve been using is hot water, hydrogen peroxide, dawn dish soap, and salt (Google told me it would help with the blood, it hasn’t) i want to know how to get the blood out if that’s possible, it’s getting really cold here in Michigan and I’ll probably have to wait till this summer to actually start. I just have it in a bucket outside.
Where did you find that pot?!?! I have been using a galvanized pot that looked like that but after two seasons I have leaks, I am urgently needing a pot like that
It’s really only a half gallon of chemical and it gets diluted some 20 times there’s less chemicals in that then spray a cleaner in your toilet most of it just goes down the drain
What if you don’t have a power washer? I’m doing my first big buck myself and been watching rewatching your videos so I can retain This is the only hiccup is I don’t have a power washer
I can never figure out why people don't keep the lower jaw of deer, elk, all those critters. Do you mind explaining? {Yes, I made my profile pic myself, everyone always asks that 🙄}
If you're concerned about demonetization, a few things you can try that could definitely work is to overlay a black and white filter during especially gorey clips, and also brand your videos as educational (because they are). Educational videos are much more lenient with gore, so if you disclaim this in the beginning of your videos and in your description (or even title), it might just work out for you!
I’ve been watching your videos for the last 11 years, true enjoyable, very knowledgeable and would lookong forward to the next 11+ years thank you

Your videos are very detailed and informative! Quick question. What pressure washer would you recommend for cleaning skulls?

No one is a "pretty good sized guy" around an Elk.
This is true
Here first hehehehe love it
Very nice
That hardest part for me is the nasal cavity. Getting all the junk out with out breaking the inside. Do you have any tips? Thanks for the video have a good day
What is the make and model of the pressure washer? you do an amazing job, congratulations
It’s a Landa hot series 1500 psi. I think this model is discontinued and been upgraded.
Wow!!! That is a beautiful animal!!! Once again, I love the way you keep the respect for the animal. You always keep its majestic look!!! Bless!!
Did you clean under the horn? I know from other videos that you usually cut the horn core and clean it, so I was wondering if you did that here.
Elk have antlers not horns so you can’t take them off like that
What kind of pressure washer do you have?
I know it’s been bout a month but I got a quick question about bone cleaning, I’m using maceration on some deer ribs from a decomposing deer roadkill (I reckon she’d been laying there for 5 days) and there’s a lot of blood stuck INSIDE the actual bone, I’m new to using this method of not bone cleaning at all and all I’ve been using is hot water, hydrogen peroxide, dawn dish soap, and salt (Google told me it would help with the blood, it hasn’t) i want to know how to get the blood out if that’s possible, it’s getting really cold here in Michigan and I’ll probably have to wait till this summer to actually start. wow the horn size is so big or huge sir
So does elk taste similar to deer?
Milder but yes very similar
Taste is way better!!!
Been following your steps for 3 years now, but my skulls seems to always yellow from nature oils. What am I doing wrong?
How many boils are you getting out of that solution before you remix? Thanks
Typical two. So 6 to 8 noggins
3:44 power wash simulator
How do you dispose of the chemical? If I were to do this at home for example, what do i do with that big tub of chemicals after?
It’s really only a half gallon of chemical and it gets diluted some 20 times there’s less chemicals in that then spray a cleaner in your toilet most of it just goes down the drain
WOW
Quite the surreal moment when I saw an elk head popping up in my recommendations...
Has it really been 10 years? Wow a lot has happened in the last decade :O
Technically 12. Time flys
#2 baby!
Can you rewhiten a skull if it's not as white as you think it should be ?

Damn what mass...
No more Mop N Glo?
@WHITEBONE... I was wondering the same thing, did this one get the Mop-N-Glo Treatment or do you skip that for some of them?
Darn that massive rack would of looked great as a shoulder mount.
They say everything is bigger in Texas
Well clearly they haven’t been to California
Gonna need a bigger pot for this guy
I know that bull.
I thought you might. You get to hold it tomorrow.
