Prey species have eyes on the side in order to see predators in a larger view. This is true of deer and cows, which are good examples. From my understanding, their brains merge those two visuals into one cohesive image. It's similar to how our brains block the image of our nose, despite how we're always looking at it 😅
Twinkle and Daddy's bond is very strong, and she shows that by grooming him, or it could be she's noticed you never groom yourself, and thinks you need it. ☺️✨✨⭐🌹

A gentle and polite little rabbit. Reminds me of my old boy, Napoleon. Even when he got old, he would come a groom me and push his head in my hands for me to pet him. He was one jolly fat rabbit.
I had a similar experience with a sweet little rat. My bangs were squished and oily from being under a hat all day, so she started grooming them like "Here, let me get that for you..."

I use to have a black rabbit that did something like this. His name was Ebony. He liked to follow us around and rest himself on our feet so he could lick and sometimes nibble. My dad was afraid of him because of that. He was scared of a bunny rabbit because that bunny liked to give nibbles sometimes. Would stand on top a chair when Ebony was out too, like a cartoon lady when there's a mouse. I miss Ebony.
If I remember right rabbits grooming is a submissive act in their hierarchy, so basically the rabbit is letting you know that they know you're the boss.
