My family's first rabbit was abandoned by somebody in the woods near our house. When we brought her in and she worked up the courage to leave the carrier, one of the _very first_ things she did was go up and start licking my mom. She was often grumpy and destructive, but if you stuck your hand out she would lick you for hours! We all loved her, and I miss her every day.
MY rabbit used to lick me, she would even jump up and lick all the tears off my face when I was sad. She used to snuggle up to me in my bed and fall asleep with me and eat and drink out my hands too! She was so cute and I loved her so much!
@Miles V Yes, she died of natural causes! I was a little sad but I just knew. Where ever she went she was happy. I just can't believe how lucky I was to get such a cutie, I should do the lottery because with my luck, I'd probably win! ( :
When I was a kid I had rabbits. I don't remember ever doing this. You must really treat them right. I feel like maybe I wasn't as good to them. Hope the rabbit is ok.
