The pedal has the most important control that I like in a fuzz ... a Bias pot that controls the voltage to the transistor. The tone stack and mix control are nice additions as well.

Hey Brian, may I make a request for when you're demoing a Fuzz next time? Fuzz is usually extremely sensitive to the volume control on your guitar. I'm not the kind of guy to go with as much distortion as you've shown in the video. So, like many blues oriented players, I'm usually playing a fuzz with the volume on the guitar quite a bit down and increase it then slightly for lead parts. Also, I put it in front of a slightly overdriven amp or an overdrive pedal. As crazy as it may sound, this will smoothen it out and will make it sound less distorted. So it would be cool if you could also show a little how it reacts with the guitar controls and some drive after it. I have a fuzz that I absolutely do not like on a clean amp, but that's absolutely briliant if there is some crunch after it. I could imagine this one also falling in the same category, but it's hard to tell. Otherwise great review. It was visible how much fun you had with it! Cheers, Martin
