I'm so sorry this happened. I don't know what to say other than you and Tease both went above and beyond when I would have told the dude to go pound sand. I own one of those "Esteban" Tease ST-2s (that nobody gave me for free). It's a freaking amazing, high quality guitar, and I'm proud to own and play it. When I had an issue with one of my Tease guitars (I own three of them), I emailed Tease, and Torsten called me personally to walk me through fixing the problem.

I have three Tease guitars including the new SBH-E you reviewed (also that awesome green color--like you, I wish I could afford to buy all of them). I can't say enough about the quality. And there is no other guitar company that will give you the kind of service Tease does. My latest guitar came to me buzzing issue on a couple of strings, and I'm the worst guitar tech ever. I sent them an email this morning, and within 10 minutes Torsten (the owner of the company) called me to walk me through diagnosing and fixing the problem. The issue turned out to be freezing January weather and/or rough UPS handling causing the neck relief to get slightly off after the guitar shipped. We dialed it in together and undid the mistakes I made trying to fix it on my own, and I was good to go. Who else would do that?

Really awesome looking guitar! I like the changes between the first tele and the second one. The idea of a glossy maple fretboard would probably be appealing to people who are used to Fender necks. Is there a budget brand that offers that option? Or are they all unfinished fretboards? I’ve honestly never noticed. You know what else would be cool? An asymmetrical neck carve. I have borrowed an Epiphone Modern from a friend when she’s in town, and I really like that a lot. It lets me play differently. I can’t recall any budget brands that have anything that a C or D profile. Even a v shaped profile might be really nice to offer as an option. Maybe these are some things Torsten can make possible as an option for some Tease guitars.

Love your high value of integrity. How someone can get a free guitar and then turn it into such a negative thing is beyond me. The interwebz never ceases to amaze me at bringing this type of wing nut behavior out. For the record, I’m not a beginner, and still love your content. There’s always the “one guy” lol. Don’t let that “one guy” phenomenon steal your sunshine brother!

Well that was interesting. When we make ourselves public figures, and that's what we are, we open ourselves up to stuff like this unfortunately. I know the feeling sucks, but it will go away. And remember, this is just one guy and he'll have zero effect on your channel. What if he makes a video about it? So what. He'll get 15 views and no one will care. He's going to comment in other live streams? No one will care. Put this out of your mind and move on. You've got supporters watching and liking your content. You'll be fine. Also, I don't recommend doing giveaways.

I tried to watch this this morning I was so tired and work kept calling.. I couldn't get what the problem even was.. Not even sure I do now ??
