Nice work on the radio speaker grill. Not easy to do. Love HT Kingswood utes, proper Kingswood utes. White with the antique gold interior was a favourite.
i need to take a garage cleanliness lesson away from this, same with cleaning spray can nozzles, things i keep telling myself i will do but never do. even tonight was 20 minutes wasted looking for a grommet that fell under a whole pile of unorganised crap.
Hey Michael i went to your youtube profile in the hope of finding endless content featuring impeccable fabrication and automotive content. You can imagine my dissapointment upon discovering you're just a Neanderthal with a keyboard...
Screwdriver behind the one you want to tweak is a good tip, I would have never thought of doing that.
Yep, im with this guy. Very smart thinking with the 2 screwdrivers.

Great repair Tom, just as well you used a Backing plate
Another informative video. Thanks again. Have a great weekend.👍
Those weird door vents are in the perfect location for hiding weapons....I mean garden tools!!!😬🤫🤭
Well done tom as usual excellent work 👏
I would've been holding my breath doing that tiny weld. Intricate as can be. Would've soldered it myself, that way I could clean up my mistakes easier.
good repair
where did you get the body dollies from like that idea
The owner of the car got them, I believe just off eBay?
What happened to that Holden ute was it finished.
Went back to the owner, I believe it had some paint & panel work done. & the owner has been chipping away at the reassembly.
Is it really a jack job if it goes under the carpet and you can't see it?
Yes. It always it, especially if I know about it 😂
@@BackyardBuilds lots of body shops will say if it's a part of the car you don't see don't worry.
We’re not a body shop.
Bring em back alive 👍🇦🇺🇦🇺💪
Cheers Bill!
Would be cooler if it was a chev
It could be a C10….
Who says it isn't a Chev? It could have been exported to South Africa as a Chev in the day.
Only if swap meets didn't exist
