Why I will reconsider recording video from the upper floor of the new Plant City train watching platform in the future: Amtrak no. 92 the northbound Silver Star crossing the diamonds at Plant City, Florida on Sunday, February 9, 2014. Whole lotta shakin' going on!

Looks like your image stabilizer getting shaken. I had the same problem recently and found that if, when on the tripod, I turn off the IS it's much steadier.

This is WITH the IS being off. This is from putting the tripod on the metal staircase.
