4 medium ripe banana
3 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 zested lemon or orange
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
2tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda/bicarb
1/2 teaspoon salt

You put it in the oven for how long? What if I dnt have buttermilk can I use normal milk
For every cup of milk add 1 tablespoon of either vinegar or lemon juice, that's pretty much your buttermilk.

Don't you use baking powder?
Not on this one. Baking powder and baking soda are both leavening. For this recipe, the baking soda will do buy itself ♥️💐♥️
