If it were up to me i would design an adult disposable Diaper to be like the early LUVS, It would have a thick quilted lining, single wide refastenable tapes, and elastic all the way, it would be very thick and bulky with a nice loud plastic backing, you would not be able to wear it under jeans, but clothing made for thick diapers! it would have an 11 inch wide crotch as well, it would be a diaper not a brief

I wish my diapers fit me like that, but this model is fit and can make anything look good. In the real world we gain weight, get a gut and my diapers end up looking like a bikini bottom. I tried large and I swim in that size. Do the sizes run small or big? I wear medium Better Dry diapers.and they run a little small.
