Do you leave potted young plants outside in that box all winter? We can get below zero and have snow, so am I better off sowing indoors in early spring? I have limited space and want to grow other flowers too - Cosmos, Zinnia, Cloeome, misc collected flower seeds. (Love your rounded green bushes in the background, what are they? I want some sculptural plants like that!!!) Thank you!
Yes you can also sow them directly into the garden soil. The white flowers in pots behind me are pansies. I highly recommend growing them. I made a video about them as well.
I've ordered Forget-Me-Not seeds three times from different sellers on Amazon, and they all turned out to be fake. Could you please tell me where I can buy genuine seeds?
It depends on the weather. The seedlings may not dry out. Once planted in the garden I water them well after planting, but once established I don't water them
@@theladygardenerOops. I bought a plant from the garden center this year and have been watering it every day for a few months! It's in a very large pot. I thought it needed it. I'm collecting seeds from it, hoping to grow my own for next year.
It was so calming to watch omg
I'm glad you enjoyed it 😊
Exactly the information I was looking for! Thank you!

Thank you so much 😊
Hi can you saw this in early march? For flowering in summer
@@dougbates6747 Forget-me-nots are biennial, so if you sow them in march they will flower next year 😊
@@theladygardener so then I should stick to planting the seeds in fall? Like around August?
@@1lovebaking The best time to sow them is june, july or august.
Hi👋, is it normal that it has been planted for 10 days but has not germinated yet? I soaked the seeds in water before planting

Madam...do we need to keep the seeds in the refrigerator or not before sowing?... thank you
Do I need to put the seeds in fridge before sowing?
Love the video and information but I cannot stand the sound of the birds
Hi! My seedlings are just a few weeks old and are in a very small pot. Now some if them are starting to die. Any advice on what to do?
It's difficult to give advice wothout seeing them. Perhaps there are too many in a pot? Or the soil is too dry or too wet?
Can we just sow the seeds directly in the ground? Also can you tell me what are those flowers in the pots behind you? Thank you

where did you get those bird background effects? 😂
Some are from my garden and some are from Artlist
Where can I get the seeds of these plants? I am in a country in the Indian Ocean, can these plants be grown there?
Hi ! I have a question, where should i put the seeds after plant them in soil? In complete shadow or its okay to put them in window?
I had mine in a propagator in a sunny spot outside, but partial shade or a windowsill will work too.
Where can I get forget me not
Hi! What kind of tempatures do you get in winter?
It varies from 5C to -18 but -18C is rare, usually it doesn't get much colder than -8C
@@theladygardener Thank you! :)

How much do you water then?
