MDJ, this was by far, one of my favorite videos you've made. It does my heart good to see any one of the "Horsemen" break away from their tournament grind to spend some quality time with their family. You will cherish these times with your father the older you get. Secondly, I loved seeing you catch and keep some of the tastiest fish in the water. I hope you have an opportunity to make more of these types of videos. I would love to see the "Four Horsemen" and their families get together after tournament season and have a little impromptu fishing tourney for edible fish, then have a giant fish fry. Keep striding for that win, it is coming. Go "Horsemen!"

Lost my pops to cancer back in February, He taught me how to fish. So many great memories of fishing trips and crazy moments. I wish I couldve taken him to the lake one last time. Treasure those moments. RIP pops, I miss you.

Frying up fish you just caught early and having a fish fry with friends and family is as good as it gets. And each fish fry you get to relive all the past fish frys, its like smelling an old girlfriend's perfume, the memories just come flooding in and you just soak it up.

I've caught and clean many of bluegil and I know that they are a pain to clean but well worthit.

This is one of my favorite video you have done. Enjoy your pops ! I lost mine last August and it has been tough. I see things whether it a fish I caught or just this weekend we were coming home and notice a family of bears on a ridge just above us. I thought a need to call Pop Pop he would love this and than I thought I can’t ! I’m still catching myself all the time do this! Take care see you at Chowan hopefully next weekend!

I miss fishing with my dad. I just lost him 9 months ago. I have some great memories fishing with him. My goto bait of choice is crappie nibbles. When they start knocking them off I will switch it up to the red worms for sure. Awesome video, awesome catch and cook. Keep up the great work.
