  • A teaching project for the 2010 Bio Expo by Neelofer Vahora. I taught students how to plate salmonella bacteria in custard under six conditions: bacteria inoculated before baking, bacteria inoculated after baking, no inoculation, consistent refrigeration, inconsistent refrigeration, and no refrigeration.
