For the creamy element I use a bit of plant milk and steamed cauliflower. It works like a charm and it's weightloss friendly. You could also use potato or beans to make it creamy.

If the focus is on whole plant foods, yes it can be helpful. Of course work with a nutritionist or medical professional for your specific issue, but this diet can be extremely helpful and improving many conditions along with a specific protocol for you individually.
