When I worked from home (I’m retired now), and had to make a quick lunch, I’d put about 2” of water in a big frying pan and heat on high. Once boiling (about a min), I’d add angel hair pasta (broken in half), and cook for maybe five mins, stirring frequently . Most of the water boils off. I’d then add soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and nooch. For veggies, while pasta boils, I’d add tiny broccoli florets, shelled edamame, or peeled diced cuke or zucchini. You could top with chopped peanuts, or stir in a teaspoon of nut butter, and chili flakes if you like it spicy. Lunch was ready in 6-7 mins!
I STILL refer to this video. It is a life saver on making simple but nutritious and very delicious meals - thank you! And I use your Parmesian recipe all the time as well. You are very talented. Thank you!
Great vegan recipes Michele and will have to try them and I love 😍 making sauces in my Ninja Kitchen Foodie Power Blender. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Michele.
@@veganmichele I made the pink sauce with pasta for dinner last night adding green peas for some greens. We both loved it and it was so dang quick!! to make. Thanks again.
Thank you for these meal ideas that are nutritional. This really helps since we are working towards whole food eating. Would you recommend a non- stick cookware?
@@veganmichele Thank you for the quick reply! I've made the sauce and it's definitely gonna be a staple in my house, thanks! So much better than commercial pasta sauce. And I think a good tomato sauce to use as a base for different flavors other than just Italian. Appreciate your work, Michele!
I like the quinoa brown rice pasta from Trader Joe’s and I also like lotus foods millet and brown rice ramen noodles. Even though they are ramen I use them in all cuisines 😂
Hey Jackie, it probably looks that way from post Production color fixes 😂 but I’ll typically use a non fortified nutritional yeast, or the bulk organic one from natural grocers.

Would you recommend a non- stick cookware?
I do have non-stick, but honestly I am still not convinced it is as healthy as they claim. I think the healthiest choice is glass or stainless steel.
Thanku!! Love all of these x
Enjoy!
Thanks for the fantastic recipes! Can you make the pink pasta sauce ahead of time and store in the fridge? If so, for how long?
Thanks! Yes you can make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge for 5-7 days.
