I've said this before and I'll say it again, but you two are in a completely different class than a lot of the others! 👏🏼 What sets y'all apart is just the genuine and sincere respect that you both continued to give EVERYONE throughout the entire vlog! I really respect how you made sure to say multiple times that it was because of the hard work of everyone involved, you two were able to have such a special day at Thorpe Park! Most of the time, those who are not seen out in the public or who aren't on the front lines in front of everyone, are so often forgotten! Yet a lot of times, they are some of the most key and vital employees who play such a huge part in the success of any operations!! It was a complete wonderful experience and so lovely to see you both, thank you again for the photos, we were waiting in the station and the ride in front of ours had to get off and that was then sent out empty and then we took our seats and OMG what a thrilling experience it was and so great to see you both again at the foot of the stairs, you gave us such a cheer. The whole day was fantastic, our second visit to Thorpe Park , we will definitely be back soon xx

For everyone saying that Hyperia is shut for a while. It’s because of the top of the chain had a few unusual noises at the end of the opening day so they have shut it for safety reasons until Wednesday. If I was to assume why I would say that it was pushed to its absolute limits yesterday so it probably have something to do with that and the unexpected strain for the chain.
A single day of full capacity operations is not the "absolute limit" of a coaster. It should be able to comfortably do that for 30 years. That's literally it's job. Strain on a rollercoaster lift hill because people keep getting on it all day is not "unexpected".
There is an issue that will be resolved and when it is resolved Hyperia will run like normal, not pushed to it's absolute limit. These things are engineered with a safety factor far in excess of what they would actually need to tolerate.
Hopefully Hyperia will be back in operation again soon once the issue is resolved!

Hyperia looks amazing and Thorpe Park, Mack Rides, Merlin Entertainments and B&E Construction should be so proud of themseleves for everything they have done with this project! I really feel for them at the moment with it been down but i know they will get this sorted and Hyperia will take to the skies again as soon as it is safe for everyone! I cannot wait to hopefully find my fearless when i visit the park in early July!
Looks absolutely incredible - so glad you had an amazing time and it’s great to see that Thorpe Park organised the opening well and created an extremely exciting atmosphere but most importantly, safe day. I unfortunately wasn’t able to go on Friday for opening, instead I went today on Saturday 25th but it was extremely disappointing to find out 10 minutes before the park opened that Hyperia wouldn’t be opening all day with no explanation as to why, so you can imagine the amount of frustrated people. I’m still yet to ride but it just builds up the excitement even more. Looks like a fantastic coaster and we’re so lucky to have it in the U.K ❤

Was such a great day. My brother and I arrived at 9:20am got to the first ballon arch about 10:30am. The guy at 8:30 asked if anyone wanted single rider. We took it up and they sent us down the fast pass lane despite it clearly saying main queue and single rider in the same queue. Odd but no staff told us different when I asked multiple times. We got on Hyperia about 25 minutes later. They let some of the single riders on together which I was very shocked at. I met Shawn, who kindly took a picture with me, when he left the queue to go to the loo 18:06 . Thanks for that. I had already been on Hyperia at that point. I realise now watching this how lucky we got. Hyperia is definitely the best ride in the UK. Shame people going this week are missing out, I feel really sorry for them.

I went yesterday, I didn't see you two but I saw quite a few others, for example... DigitalDan, Dominic, Thrill Riders. I went on Hyperia once yesterday, row 5 on the right and we waited about 2 hours 50 mins when it said a 4 hour queue on the app. In my opinion, it is my 3rd favourite after one ride but we should be heading back in a month. (It is only being beaten by Icon at No.1 and Heidi The Ride at No.2, I don't know why I like Heidi so much but I do).

Nice and epic vlog, really enjoyed and look forward to more in future, attended this opening day, but outside queue & managed to reach shop to meet a few other content creators & theme park channels. I actually saw you both I think on your first ride a.k.a sixth ride on Hyperia when coming round bend & going up lift hill? Saw crowd cheering you both aswell everyone else onboard. 100% epic new addition to Thorpe Park Resort & the UK. Think next time something tops this now will be Universal, Blackpool or another UK park? Which will be a good while yet, but for now for a while & maybe long time will be Hyperia now as UK's newest tallest & fastest coaster. Nice & interesting vlog, again really enjoyed and yeah look forward to more vlogs to come in the future. Cheers. 😀👍

well done to Thorpe park for the different queue lines, that's better for the park for a new coaster
We queued from the bridge to the dome and assumed the ride started operating from 9:45, from then we waited 5 hours and 25 minutes and was so happy to ride, I joined the queue at 8pm and waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for a night ride on the back right seat it was incredible

I'm not used to this from a Merlin park that this ride is not themed after something dark. Like the rides in Alton towers, Heide park, Gardaland or Thorpe park are always dark themed. Nemesis, Oblivion, The swarm, Saw the ride, Wicker man, Colossos, Flug der Demonen, Krake, Raptor... But this ride is just chill themed.
I'm loving the gold socks and gold wing patches that go on the back of the jacket hope they go on the online shop

Looks like Thorpe did a really nice job planning out the opening of the ride. So much better organized than what happened with voltron.
Little unfair to judge since europa parks max capacity is 50 thousand and thorpes is only 15 thousand naturally europa and voltron was gonna be more busy

@theweakestlink2278 yes I'm going to europa park in a few weeks for 2 days sat and sun (june 15th and 16) , I've never been to thorpe but I'll definitely have to go there now at some point
