Helló. .Judas Priest is one of the best Metal bands in the World...Rob Halford is the Vocalist and that is Heavy metal...Their albums se different one another..this song in particular...it's the epitome of Power metal and Judas Priest's Lirics. .have different místical beings (Hellion. .Metallian. .The sinner. ..Leather Rebel..the sentinel and so on...
Absolutely!!! Everything about this song is perfect. The drum intro, the guitars, the guitar solos, and The Metal God's voice. I just saw Judas Priest this past summer and the drummer Scott Travis asked the crowd what song do you want to hear and mostly everyone screamed Painkiller.
That vocal by Rob Halford is one of the mightiest, deadliest vocals you could hear in heavy metal. Some people just aren't used to this type of mighty screaming vocals. Love this song, pure expression of metal. Also try their other song "Beyond the Realms of Death".
If you started listening to metal in the 90s when there started to be a push for 'tough sounding' growl/scream vocals and never heard metal with the more opera-like vocals, you would absolutely think this is pansy shit.
i‘m not the biggest fan, either. that‘s because i started listening to metal based on modern bands, not the classics, i was never the biggest metallica fan either. but i definitely appreciate the classics because i know how important these bands were for the development of metal music in general.
If you're hearing these vocals for the first time they might be tough on the ears. However, they will grow on you after listening to it a couple of times and you will come to the conclusion that this is one of the best heavy metal songs ever. Also, Rob Halford has a very distinct voice on this album/song, if you go back to the Defenders of the Faith or even Sad Wings of Destiny era you'll see he had a completely different way of singing. If you want to check out this band again I recommend Victim of Changes.
I would recommend Beyond The Realms Of Death. It is metal, but kinda Fade to Black style (more close to not used to that hard rocking). It is melodic Sori could like that and have absolutely one of best metal solos - it is emotional and technical in the same time so Vin could like that too :) Priest's are one of my fav. And Halford is Metal God ;)
Rob Halford...THE METAL GOD! One the best voices in metal. His range is ridiculous. New Wave of British Heavy Metal one of the best times in metal history. All the 80's and 90's metal bands all have influences from these guys. Still making music..put out and an album this year.
Rob Halford is the vocalist and he is widely considered the best metal vocalist ever. I love his high notes, and I cant really imagine how people dont like em. I have never met someone who does not like his vocals, but if you have never listened to such vocalists I guess it might be weird...
Orange Man his voice is not entirely what you heard here though. He has a rich booming baritone, as well as notes only dogs can hear and that is the real reason he is considered to be so good. Because he is not a one trick pony like other metal vocalists. He can fly across octaves in seconds. But yes, at the end of the day it is about taste.
Hypocrisy that is seriously surprising for me. I have legit never met someone who does not like Robs vocals. I guess its one of those universally likable voices that only few people dislike.
for me its the opposite, I had a harder time taking mr diamond seriously than halford in terms of lyrics and vocals. Diamond misses power and mid range but overal he can sing very high and can go low.
Priest are one of THE bands, when talking about "how metal shaped into what it is today". Part of the NWOBHV, inspired all the thrash bands of the early to mid 80's, along with Iron Maiden and motorhead. Their contribution to metal in general is nothing but legendary. So if black sabbath, rainbow (With Dio, RIP!), were "heavy metal", of the early to mid 70's, the new wave of British metal brought more speed, technicality, power and "heaviness" to the scene. Thrash metal was greatly inspired by it and by punk bands' rawness. Being anti mainstream also played a part. After thrash metal exploded and became very popular, the rest was history... Death metal took things to an extreme, black metal separated from death metal and took a different approach to what "extreme" is and in the 90's, dozens upon dozens of other genres were created (After the big bands of the 80's became the most gigantic bands in general, and metal started to get some rather impressive recognition by the mainstream). It was a shock to many when Rob came out of the closet ;) But, the leather wear which Priest were famous for, was an inspiration he got from gay bars... One of the greatest voices of heavy metal.
Lead singer is Rob Halford - widely regarded as one of the great metal singers. Definitely a different tone. Will be interested when you listen to King Diamond/Mercyful Fate...even more extreme vocally. This album is not a concept album...especially in older metal lyrics are sometimes vague or simple or just jump on some concept and goes with it. Judas Priest is definitely one of the foundational metal bands...have to understand in their prime/start they were the extreme of the extreme even though today we listen and it feels mainstream.
All correct except they were not in their prime when they recorded this album. Painkiller was a turning point for the band and the whole metal scene but it came out in 1990... Judas Priest has been around since the 70's and they weren't this extreme
I did not mean to imply this particular song was their prime...to be honest I do not like this song much and feel this is when Priest sort of sold out to try and sound thrash or more modern to the current era. I meant to say when Priest started in the mid 70s they were the most extreme metal of that generation but listening to it today we would not understand that it was extreme because it sounds tame compared to some of what came after.
I'm sad you don't like Rob Halford's vocals. The higher octave vocals is very 80s (and pre-Grunge 90s), so it's an artifact of its time in a way, though you can still find metal genres that use that sort of singing. Halford is amazingly talented and has a large vocal range; Google says from C#2 to C6, so 4 octaves. You might have to listen to a lot of 80s metal bands to pick up on how much more talented he is than most singers
But toning it down would be antithetical to the 80s, a decade of excess lol A good musical counterpoint to this song from this album might be "A Touch of Evil" which isn't about actual evil, but about BDSM lol
I've always seen the song lyrics in a different way. Rob has dealt with the homosexuality thing his whole career. The church for instance sees homosexuality as a sin and evil so "a touch of evil" sounds to me like he's talking about that. The song IS about evil, BUT he has hinted on the sexuality thing in interviews when talking about that song as well..
For sure, I can see that, and is probably more correct: "A dark angel of sin Preying deep from within Come take me in I'm so afraid But I still feed the flame"
If you don't like this, you don't like metal: full stop. Painkiller is state of the art classic heavy metal. Also, Halford is a legend and a legend for a reason.
You heard Hallowed Be Thy Name by Iron Maiden. You heard PainKiller by Judas Priest Now listen to Ace of Spades by Motorhead. That's the minimal guide to the new wave of British Heavy Metal that paved the way for Metal of the next era. :)
KK Downing and Glen Tipton are bad ass guitarist! Rob Halford the singer has quite a range and isn't always this high sounding in all their songs. As you reach further into their catalog I think you would get hooked!
I love me some metal, but at first I had to learn how to like his singing style, this band is definitely not "first metal band" material folks, an acquired taste I would even say
This was more described as speed metal than just regular metal. They rocked the stage when this came out. One of my fav bands. Thank you for reacting to this track!
Vinn I am surprised that you have never heard Judas priest before you know alot of metal bands....but great reaction as always keep up the great work you both gald I subscribed ..... remember keep one fist in the air and one foot in the gutter
Needs an another Judas Priest song to react to. Hellion/Electric Eye The Sentinel Victim of Changes And something a bit different, proto heavy metal... Rainbow - Kill The King
Oh, fun fact! The whole leather and metal spikes look that we associate with a lot of heavy metal really took off with Judas Priest, and which came from Halford's involvement in the gay BDSM scene in the 70s ;)
Judas Priest started in mid-70s and are definitely one of the greatest Metal bands. You’ll probably get lots of suggestions for other JP songs, but one I suggest that is the total opposite of Painkiller, with beautiful Halford vocals, is a gem called Last Rose of Summer. It’ll surprise you.
Brings back memories of just getting into High school, and I would say the crossover album to the heavier stuff later. A classic for the production and musicianship put into it and take into consideration it was released very early 90's. Still listen to it to date. The whole album is brilliant in my opinion. Thanks for this 😊
A touch of evil from the same album, his vocals are not as high. That is by far my fave song o the album. I wish you would like the vocals but that's what is great about metal, there is something for everyone.
I love Judas priest. Electric eye is my favorite song. Yall review a ton of my favorite music. Would really love to see an Impending Doom reaction for either Murderer or Deceiver. I've seen a lot of videos where you guys stop the music and give input on lyrics due to personal experiences like with slipknots snuff reaction and you guys were spot on with everything that was said. I'm not a Christian, but I absolutely enjoy that you are unapologetic about your faith. And the detail that you went into in the Holy war by Thy Art is Murder reaction was stunning; had me thinking in a new light about not just the song, but religious wars and everything. You two are great, keep it up.
I remember this song STRAIGHT knockin' me on my ass when it first came out. Sure there heavier bands out there, but I had NO idea JP could pull something like THIS off.
Yeah. Before this, they were more hard rock, then power metal. Then they put forth this album. Painkiller is STILL one of the heaviest songs out there, 30 years later. It was such a shock.
VinAnd Sori As far as those vocals go, I think it's just an adaptive thing (like getting used to death or black metal vocals.) Halford went ALL out on that track. He usually dials it back a bit on older tracks. Know you have millions of requests, but I'd love to have you check out Legion by Saviour Machine.
Judas Priest started in... 1969 .. so, there a bit before all the other metal bands, and in fact, lots of metal bands were influenced by them. They have quite a catalogue, and this is a real pleasure to get right back in it, songs i've got originally on tape. I'm am used to the high pitch that Mr Halford is using. I enjoy the wide range he's capable of. And also all the other way of singing in metal, clean or not, growl or not whatsoever, if the music is great, go for it! (and by music i also mean the vocals). This is a masterpiece in metal, really heavy, and fast, and hard. The note he is keeping at the end, it's just amazing. Just love it.
"brighter than a thousand suns" is, from what i understand a reference to the "trinity test" when US detonated a atomic bomb out somewhere in arizona i think it was ... the blast was described as "brighter than a thousand suns"
Wow, have never heard ROB HALFORD criticized before. HALFORD is the best metal singer of all time...better than Ozzy Osbourne, better than Ronnie James Dio, and sure as hell is better than Bruce Dickenson. He did sing this song all high-pitched (not falsetto, it's full-voiced), which is unusual...other tunes show his 4-octave range better. Different stokes guys...as far as I'm concerned, you just shit on the Mona Lisa, but I'll continue to watch anyways...lol
Better than Ozzy, but not Ronnie or Bruce. He's into angsty metal, mainly nu metal and some bullshit alternative metal while she's a newbie, give them a chance, I'm sure they'll progress musically. If they can't well metal is not for everyone
Consolous Robs solo band already blew maiden away in 2000-2002 when maiden did their brave new world tour. As for sebastian, their range is similar as far as I know but keep in mind that bastian is a lot younger than rob.
Give them shit about singing passionately about something “science fiction” (at 12:34) then within 5 minutes later draw direct comparison to biblical stories...so which is it?
You'd have to be raised with true Metal to understand. You're not to be blamed for not getting it. But kudos for not being as ignorant as many fools who misinterpret the art of classic Metal. Also, well done inspecting the lyrics and story.i am a stubborn Hesher and I am not mad at this video. Haha.
he was hitting notes very few metal singers can hit , rob halford can sing low and high , he's one of the best , this is a legendary song from a legendary singer but not all music is for all people
No disrespecting Dio, the man is a legend and rightly so... but Rob has him beat, hands down. For male vocalists in classic metal, meaning 70s up to early 90s, I think Rob is the clear master, at least as far as technique and range goes. Dio and Bruce Dickinson are up there with him *if* you include personal taste and how good they are in "context" meaning how well they fit their style of music e.g if I had to choose between Bruce or Rob singing Run to the Hills I ofc take Bruce over Rob but if you were to put them both on a neutral song Id most likely pick Rob 9 times out of 10.
I think you make a very good point about how you are conditioned to the music you come up with. Rob Halford is considered, by many of us old farts, as the godfather of metal vocals. Arguably the best metal vocalist of all time.
This 4yrs late .. but love ya both. Miss salty but love the fact you’ve grown with other additions to your family. Stay up and stay you 💯..hope my comment is seen … respect from Toledo Ohio .. H.O.G family loves music and you 2
Yes. From the '70s. Ballady. Great lyrics. Fantastic solo. Should garner new appreciation for JP and vintage Halford. I think it's a more interesting song from their catalog for these two in particular to react to and breakdown.
It's not until you watch them perform this song live that you can truly appreciate it, I saw them live not long ago, and this song is simply something to behold! Rob Halford IS Metal!
PainKiller is the antithesis of Metal. This song is absolutely perfect. Real Metal heads really get this song all day long ... that and Sori is a babe...
Some other great Judas Priest classics: Breaking the Law, Electric Eye, Diamonds and Rust, Before the Dawn, In Between, Victim of Change ....and several others I just can't remember right now. Coming from nu-metal myself, I learned to appreciate the classics. Motorhead is another must-listen!
One of the earliest songs from the 80s with a intricate double bass pattern and pretty potent breakdowns that no bands were doing during that time.this song was from 1983 I believe.very very badass song from this era.
React to "Magdalene" or any video song of "Me and that Man". This is another band from Nergal (Behemoth) that is more Country / Blues / Dark. It's an excellent band completely different from what it does in Behemoth, but still with provocative lyrics full of meanings. I'd like to hear your thoughts on the songs. They are very interesting.
hiiiii... this is my best aspirin when i am stressed... i fight fire with fire.... That Painkiller fix me... and on of my best favorite in metal... Thx to sharing this moment with u.... Let's Rock !!!
I would suggest you go back to earlier Priest to get an idea of just how good Rob Halfords vocals are. This song just doesn't do it. Maybe try Beyond The Realms of Death
When I first got this album I heard this song and gave it away because I had never heard him sing like this before. I agree 100% with you guys on his vocals on this song. However his range is fantastic on earlier stuff, 70's and early 80's.
This album came out in a time when heavy metal was in a very strange state. The commerciality of the "hairbands" was declining and milked to death by record companies. Even thrash bands were getting more and more polished. The rise of underground extreme metal acts and grunge were around the corner. Nirvana was about to kick metal in the nuts basically. Almost no one did good classic metal at this time. And what does Judas Priest do amongst this chaos? They release their heaviest, balls out, straight up heavy metal album to date. I still get goosebumbs when I think of the first time Painkiller hit me in the gut. This year they released another future classic album, FIREPOWER and next year they celebrate 50 years (!) as a band. Plain and simple the Metal Gods. Interesting channel you got there. Love the Opeth video, amazing song/album. At least one of you understood the greatness of Opeth! ;) Rock hard ride free!
Yessir. Halford has a beautiful range. He can go deeper, and he can hit those high notes. Painkiller is the band at its heaviest. You want to see him REALY shine, listen to "Love Bites."
I'm getting so old, as I think of Painkiller as one of Judas Priests latest tracks, then I realised it was recorded in 1990, almost 30 years ago. Jesus, where did time go.
I'll put this really simply: If there was a photo and audio file that could go under the words "Heavy Metal" in a dictionary, it would be a photo of Judas Priest, and an audio file of Painkiller. It sums up everything that's powerful and fun about Metal. The crazy vocals, the drumming, the guitar solos and riffs, the intensity, the energy, it's all there. Amazing band with a lot of range. If you heard some of their 70's and 80's music, you'd be kind of shocked it was the same band who did Painkiller. It's still obvious that it's Priest, but the styles vary. Rob can hit insane high notes but can also tame it down too, and do a lot of solid lows. Definitely a band to explore more in the future. Loved the reaction nonetheless \m/
This song should be in the dictionary under the definition of metal.
Fritos Bandito - it is :)
Fritos Bandito I believe vaporizing the sea/in waves is a really good heavy song of triviums they should listen too
my man you know it!!
Priest seems to come out with a speed metal tune every few years or so and Painkiller was the most recent until their new album Firepower came out.

It's not only your opinion.
It's a fact.

Edgars N The first time I heard Priest my mind was blown! Halford has a signature voice of the 80s.

I would recommend Beyond The Realms Of Death. It is metal, but kinda Fade to Black style (more close to not used to that hard rocking). It is melodic Sori could like that and have absolutely one of best metal solos - it is emotional and technical in the same time so Vin could like that too :)

And he can still use that 4 octave range he has. Unlike others, nearly a decade younger than him.
Judas Priest (The singer Rob Halford) is actually responsible for creating the leatherwear fashion among rock/metal fans. :)
Rob Halford is the vocalist and he is widely considered the best metal vocalist ever. I love his high notes, and I cant really imagine how people dont like em. I have never met someone who does not like his vocals, but if you have never listened to such vocalists I guess it might be weird...

I am a huge King Diamond fan, but i can't stand Halford over a minute.

That’s the goal !

It was a shock to many when Rob came out of the closet ;) But, the leather wear which Priest were famous for, was an inspiration he got from gay bars... One of the greatest voices of heavy metal.
To add to that, NWOBHM is also the direct cause and influence of power metal, including the theatrical vocal styles!

Rob Halford is the metal god. Check out Victim of Changes.

Victim of Changes, my favorite Priest song!!
not "the" metal god but one of them
No he is the Metal God..He "coined" (and even made a song about it..) that phrase and is the only one who can live up to it..
+JFPriest - Rob also has said that on his credit crad, his name reads, "The Metal God", but that might be a joke :)

Or born to raise hell by motorhead
nikhilnagaraj and then Def Leppard- On through the night
Absolutely. No argument possible. Can't do Maiden and Priest and leave out Motorhead

I second Electric Eye

I'll leave this here for inquiring minds ua-cam.com/video/yMVV_HsHcX0/v-deo.html
I love Judas Priest but this is probably my least favorite song by them because I don't like Rob Halford shrieking the entire time.
This dude is the king of metal
Can’t believe the disrespect
More stupid they are, less they understand metal
As respected as Rob Halford is, his vocal style isn't for everyone.
I love me some metal, but at first I had to learn how to like his singing style, this band is definitely not "first metal band" material folks, an acquired taste I would even say

How about some Dio ...
dEBA Maisnam yeah please Rainbow in the dark
Stargazer!
Heaven and Hell
I'm worried they'd look bored listening to Dio, if this video is anything to go by.
Hell yeah!!!
Thanks for this reaction. Saw this band live in Las Vegas for the Painkiller tour...it was good. Keep up the good reactions...see ya....
This is exactly why people who like old-school-metal love it. Classic, strong, melodic. The other will fade away. This will live on!!!
Not just a metal band...they are the metal gods!!!
The only band from the 80's that can still release a killer album in 2018.
I remember this song STRAIGHT knockin' me on my ass when it first came out. Sure there heavier bands out there, but I had NO idea JP could pull something like THIS off.
It was extremely heavy !!
It seems like it would be hell to play on the drums
VinAnd Sori That intro would DEFINITELY be a beast to pull off.
Judas Priest started in... 1969
.. so, there a bit before all the other metal bands, and in fact, lots of metal bands were influenced by them.
This is the metalhead's version of the Second Coming. Absolute masterpiece.
So sad that you couldn't appreciate the vocals by the great Halford.
"brighter than a thousand suns" is, from what i understand a reference to the "trinity test" when US detonated a atomic bomb out somewhere in arizona i think it was ... the blast was described as "brighter than a thousand suns"
Rob Halford vocals would slaughter any metal vocalist from the 90's to today hands down, amazing vocal range, no one has or ever will sound like him.
"tone down the vocals?" Dude? Come on!
He's into the 90's and 2000's groove, nu metal and grunge
Better than Ozzy, but not Ronnie or Bruce. He's into angsty metal, mainly nu metal and some bullshit alternative metal while she's a newbie, give them a chance, I'm sure they'll progress musically. If they can't well metal is not for everyone
Gabriele Leone halfords fight era or his crucible album. Still he sings high but it also sounds like the era of grunge and 2000s
I doubt better than a young Sebastian Bach or Miljenko Matijevic.
Consolous Robs solo band already blew maiden away in 2000-2002 when maiden did their brave new world tour. As for sebastian, their range is similar as far as I know but keep in mind that bastian is a lot younger than rob.
“I don’t like the vocals”?! Haha haha yeah right 😂
Give them shit about singing passionately about something “science fiction” (at 12:34) then within 5 minutes later draw direct comparison to biblical stories...so which is it?
maybe they should do creeping death (if they havent already)>
You are right about the Angel bit... that mascot is also on the cover of their album Angel of Retribution. SO you are definitley onto something! Cool!
Keep them coming guys! Get some Trivium in the rotation too. “The Sin and the Sentence” is a good one to start with
Thank you for choosing this!!! I love it
THE PRIEST!!!! Please, try a few from the other albums, they are so eclectic it's mind-boggling|!
Definitely try "Victim of Change" ua-cam.com/video/EKSU1W0ZUmQ/v-deo.html from Judas Priest
Go for a classic such as Screaming For Vengeance.
Hellion/ Electric Eye - but Screaming for Vengeance is awesome also.
Haha.
Try - The beginning of the end..
When people ask me what metal music its like i always say listen to painkiller
Omgg you just discarded one of the best vocalists in metal rob has an insaneeee voice i get not liking but "i can hit notes too"??? Damn
Ya Sori is delusional... lol that guy is an all-timer, my issue was I felt like he needed to dial it back
World history ask Pavoratti
@@VinAndSori 😂😂
he was hitting notes very few metal singers can hit , rob halford can sing low and high , he's one of the best , this is a legendary song from a legendary singer but not all music is for all people
Not fanboying here at all but Halford is one of the best metal vocalists of all time, right up there with Dio
@@F1rstWorldNomaD Im the exact opposite, I'd pick Dickinson over Halford 9 times out of 10
@@adamhendrickson512 fair enough, different strokes 😉👍
This song is so great you can taste the intensity!
I think you make a very good point about how you are conditioned to the music you come up with. Rob Halford is considered, by many of us old farts, as the godfather of metal vocals. Arguably the best metal vocalist of all time.
Sori's expression during the song was priceless. Halford has a singular style. Great vid!
For something completely different and just as legendary, Judas Priest - Beyond The Realms of Death.
This 4yrs late .. but love ya both. Miss salty but love the fact you’ve grown with other additions to your family. Stay up and stay you 💯..hope my comment is seen … respect from Toledo Ohio .. H.O.G family loves music and you 2
Judas Priest - Beyond the Realm of Death for next Priest song.
Excellent song :)
Yes. From the '70s. Ballady. Great lyrics. Fantastic solo. Should garner new appreciation for JP and vintage Halford. I think it's a more interesting song from their catalog for these two in particular to react to and breakdown.
And basically anything off Defenders of the faith is stellar.
One best song of all time just listen 👂 let your self go
Dimmu Borgir- Progenies Of The Great Apocalypse
It's not until you watch them perform this song live that you can truly appreciate it, I saw them live not long ago, and this song is simply something to behold! Rob Halford IS Metal!
This guys just don’t know what they talking about.
These*
Sad but true!
Yeah, I was at a show on this tour. The time period when metallic sounding guitar solos truly began shredding !
Painkiller was no way a concept album by Priest. Nostradamus was though.
PainKiller is the antithesis of Metal. This song is absolutely perfect. Real Metal heads really get this song all day long ... that and Sori is a babe...
Candlemass - Solitude (Doom Metal)
With Messiah on vocals!
This is the standard for all metal songs!
Nevermore - This Godless Endeavor
So much yes on this!
The vocals fit the song perfectly

Yes! Needs to happen
Oh my what a freakin good Suggestion! This has to and must happen
Judas Priest - Angel! Guaranteed Sori will love it (very emotional)
Accept - Fast as a shark!!
Monsters of rock is better than the album version imo🤘
Some other great Judas Priest classics: Breaking the Law, Electric Eye, Diamonds and Rust, Before the Dawn, In Between, Victim of Change ....and several others I just can't remember right now. Coming from nu-metal myself, I learned to appreciate the classics. Motorhead is another must-listen!
Would've started with Victim of Changes for Priest. This album is more of a strange resurgence in their career in the 90s
Easily my favorite Judas Priest song....amazing and love it so much. The vocals, the guitar, the drums....amazing IMO!
Orphaned Land - All Is One/Brother/Let The Truce Be Know (pick one...or all)
Fuck Yea! Why hasn't anyone done any Orphaned Land reactions yet?! Best Middle-Eastern prog metal band, by faaaaaar!
Faraz Oloumi some other channels have made reactions to Orphaned Land but got to say that very few have done it.
Oh yes. Definitely. Also, the entire Mabool album.
This song grabs you by throat and doesn’t let go from Beginning to end. Jesus 💯
You obviously know nothing of metal
METALSCAVENGER78 I don't think they know much about anything.
Haha,that's true
haha..Agreed
So true.
Yeah no shit, what the fuck are they hearing!
Well I think the song pictures a guy with amazing pipes it’s just that it’s over the top
When I first got this album I heard this song and gave it away because I had never heard him sing like this before. I agree 100% with you guys on his vocals on this song. However his range is fantastic on earlier stuff, 70's and early 80's.
Exactly. Of all the great JP songs, BTROD is the one Vin and Sori should react to.
Check out some songs off of the ‘Screaming for vengeance’ album
At least one of you understood the greatness of Opeth! ;)
Rock hard ride free!
Just like what I said with Iron Maiden you sure you haven't heard these guys? You got another thing coming? Breaking the law?
Breaking the law, breaking the law! That’s him ????!!!!!
Yep.
Yessir. Halford has a beautiful range. He can go deeper, and he can hit those high notes. Painkiller is the band at its heaviest. You want to see him REALY shine, listen to "Love Bites."
Here, so you do know some of priest hehe
A nice deep track that showcases Rob's range is "Blood Red Skies" from "Ram it Down". Not one of their best albums, but it has very definite gems.
man ... what a masterpiece song !! drum. guitar . passion . singer . solos .. still KICK ASS SONG HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORN UP / love your react guys
It's funny to see 2 clueless people listen to metal this whole album defines metal!!!!
The painkiller is just a savior in metal. Heavy metal is the savior of us metal heads dude
Try THE SENTINEL by priest guys, awesome as always, do.more.Ghost! :)
I'm getting so old, as I think of Painkiller as one of Judas Priests latest tracks, then I realised it was recorded in 1990, almost 30 years ago. Jesus, where did time go.
“I liked the metal” 🤦🏻♂️ please don’t
