I binge watched all your videos. ALL of them. You rock. I just put out a video on my secondary channel, I took the plunge, I took my last pill yesterday. I am taking my most loyal subs on this journey with me. Thank you for inspiring me and so many other women.

American English is well known front borrowing A LOT from other languages. Borrowing is common, but American English is off the charts. 🤣 So, yes, it’s German word! ❤️

Just going back into charting after being on HBC for some years. So excited already and I will track much more then what is required for FAM for sure.

I keep track of all those things, plus I keep note of whether or not I ate enough calories each day. (I use some crazy math to figure out exactly how many calories I need each day which is easily googled...I'm not on a diet or anything). I can't have milk or gluten so I find a lot of times that healthier food has less calories, but also makes me feel fuller so sometimes it's hard for me to eat enough. So I just keep track of that and I've noticed that things go a lot smoother when I'm eating enough. Even if I fall just 100 calories short one day, my energy levels the next day are just non-existent. Which makes sense because even though you might feel full, your bod is in starvation mode and just focused on getting enough to eat.

Would you add a chronic illness flare up to a tracker? I have two kinda and sometimes they either can be worse with my period or can throw my period off..depending on what's going on or how close to my period the flare ups are etc.

Haha, had the exact same epiphany; being annoyed with bad skin during menstruation (when I was on the pill), now realising it's mostly arond ovulation I break out (charting) :P :D

If someone smokes marijuana every night , does that make your basal body temperature higher or does it even matter ??

It does matter, it makes it higher (I think).

I was a daily smoker for years and it never affected my temps. But then again, alcohol doesn't affect my temps either and it raises most peoples. But even if it were to raise your temps (it shouldn't) if you're doing it every night you would still see a shift after you ovulate because the progesterone would drive your temps even higher.
