The monthly homeowners association fees are more than my monthly mortgage payment: HOA $6,216 month. Mortgage on $47 million is somewhere north of $300,000 a month. So it’s $6,216 a month HOA fee is a drop in the bucket compared to the mortgage.
If you know, could you please explain to me what the HOA is doing for the homeowner that constitutes charging just shy of $75,000 a year for "fees & dues" & please say it includes landscaping otherwise that's just insanity. While I completely understand that approximately 7 grand a month for someone who can afford a $50mil home is nothing, I can't understand the justification for dues to be that much
@@christinalyons9038 Sure, Beverly Park subdivision is a gated community with security. You are paying for a bunch of professional security to keep people out. Sylvester Sloan lived here until he sold his house just recently to Adele. It takes a certain type of rich to live here, few entertainers or movie stars can afford to live here.
Some potential buyers would be able to pay for it in one go without the need for a mortgage, aka paying "cash". Such buyers would be paying a lot for the Mafia shakedown known as "property taxes", plus a good monthly sum for the maintenance of this home
