As a book lover who is incredibly nosy about other peoples bookshelves, I would 100000% watch Joe or Dianne go into a charity shop to buy a book every single day. That is content the world needs frankly!
But they don’t even read..especially Dianne. Well personally don’t understand people who buy books for the shelves only for aesthetics or to fill them.
@@uu7794what don’t you understand? People buy flowers for the aesthetic, not to plant them. People buy candles for the aesthetic, not to light them. It’s really not that hard to understand.
These vlogs are making October so enjoyable. I finish work and look forward to getting cosy and watching a joe sugg vlog. Always a laugh. Been here since 2014!
Thank you Joe for another vlog. Love seeing you and Dianne. You remind me so much of myself and my hubby, when we were your age. We have now been married for 50 years this year. We are treating ourselves to a holiday at the King Jason Zante. In May next year. Hugs from Bev OAP fan xxx
I was a teacher and those books haunt me now! 😂 hearing the same few books about five six times a day used to send me to sleep! But fair play they were awesome kids books. I had a golden retriever and used to bring her in and the kids used to think I owned Floppy dog! 😂
I love the mask and the way you record the process, it's my favorite part of your vlogs also when you treat nature like is deserve! It's so cool the way you speak to the animals and the walking caption are the best too, hahaha OMG I love your content Joe!
I love books , there’s nothing like holding a book and physically turning the pages and displaying in your bookshelf , I love looking at what other people read in their bookshelves 😊
Can't agree more, book lovers are so interesting, what do none readers talk about? my mom used to say she would read the print off a bus ticket if that was all she had at hand, I buy cheap books and learn so much more than school ever taught me.
Except they don’t really read, especially Dianne. Someone compared that books are for aesthetics like flowers or candles. Not quite the same. I also like to see people having books they read in their shelves.
The original Worzel Gummidge scared me to death as a kid especially the scenes where he had all different heads on a shelf and their eyes blinked, it was terrifying 😂😂
Dianne , my grandchildren are now 18 and 13 and I got them all the land before time dvds , I think I enjoyed them as much as them , just the mention of them brings me so many happy memories, thank you ❤
Oh, Joe, Joe, Joe, you are the one on my list! I get such a rush when I hear you talk about your creation idea. Believe me, I’m manifesting the opportunity to travel to London, and the first thing I’ll do is find a way to interview you! 🌟🌟🌟
You should have one of the shelves full of picture books to share with your niece and nephews. I’m an illustrator, and picture books are such a joy and inspiration. I’d love to see you two go children’s book shopping! 🥰
Omg my brother and I loved the Water Babies!😂❤ It was so bizarre and I’ve not met anyone else who remembers it😂 I was laughing throughout this entire vlog Joe! I’m loving Vlogtober!
I loved Baby Sitters Club as a kid!!! The past couple years I've been thrifting childhood books, so far I have all the BSC Specials and about 20 regular books. I also am collecting Little House on the Prairie, Goosebumps, R.L Stine Fear Street, and the hard yellow bound Nancy Drew books from the 80s/90s
Short but still a sweet vlog❤ Hands up 🙌 🙌 who at the end 19:25 was watching the door thinking Dianne was going to creep back in again and scare Joe again 😂😂😂
Hi Joe your mask reminds me so much of a vlog with You and Zoe transforming you into a snowman way back 😂 it is the most funny video I have ever watched and I was in tears watching it please show a clip to your new viewers they will love it 😁😁😁 keep doing what you are doing by the way you are amazing x
I have love your vlogs and pranks ever since I can remember you smashing it with vlogtober can’t wait to watch this, I’m also so inspired by your perseverance to run a half marathon I could never for my sports day I hat to run 1500m and felt like I was dying so that was fun, anyway rant over lyl joe ❤
Totally agree about how inspiring Jim Henson’s ideas and concepts were; you must definitely check out the series How Disney Built America which shows how amazingly tenacious Walt Disney was too 😊
I had so many babysitters club books! 😂 I think my mum got rid of them all a few years ago...sad days. Personally, I would absolutely watch Joe shopping for books 😝
Re ‘trinklet’ (good word!), my grown daughter cannot or will not say Cotswolds - it’s always Cotsworlds! When I was little I was convinced that chimney was chimley & remember arguing that one out with my (older) brother! ❤
Curious to see how you act when you have kids if you react that way when Dianne takes her toenail off 😂 when you have kids you have to put up with EVERYTHING and a lot 😅
It's slightly exaggerated for the vlogs... I think haha BUT I remember watching a video when I was a youngster on a website called ebaums world or something of a guy pulling his toenail off with some pliers (This was before youtube and moderation of content I guess) and I think since then I've always been a bit squeemish with toe nails
Funny you should talk about Jim Henson. I remember visiting his creature shop in Camden Town where he made his creations, run by his son Brian at the time. We had a little tour... lots of wierd creatures around. We were there to discuss a job (games) and I remember they were just starting to get into CG. I remember it well... Amazing. It's not there anymore. They turned the building into apartments on Oval Road and called the apartments The Henson... which was nice of them. Anyway, go visit it Joe, pay homage during your Vlogtober :)
Right up to the age of 37, (51 now), I kept having these snippets of memories of this movie I saw as a child. A few google searches with some good keywords, and I found it. It was called "The Water babies." I was able to find it and watch it. As the movie was playing, I kept thinking to myself, "What about this movie made me keep thinking about it over the years?" I still don't know. 🤔
Yep, I used to read the Baby-Sitters Club. I had about 70 of them. I went and tried to sell them to a 2nd hand book shop when I was about 16, and the lady asked me, "Are you donating these?" and me, being a meek shy thing, felt like I had to say yes. I really wanted some money for them, but I ended up giving them away. Woe!
Omg!!!!!! Land Before Time hit sooooooooo hard!! I cried all the time watching the 1st movie. The subsequent movies were ok but not as emotional as the first one. I even had the hand puppets from Pizza Hit.
I remember The Water Babies, I used to watch it everytime I went round to my Aun'ts on VHS 😆 I agree with the packing paper Joe, it stinks so rank sometimes. You got Dianne good that time with the mask and then 😂 You two are so funny!
The babysitters club thing reminded me, I had that with the bodger and badger theme tune, I always remembered it as ‘bodger and badger, they come from far away’ then when I saw the theme tune I was baffled because it wasn’t in it…turned out it was the outro I was thinking of 🙃
I lived in Cape Town and took up running. I ran marathons regularly. My favourite was the 2 Oceans, along an incredibly stunning route. One year I finished 11. I think you would really enjoy doing that.
You need to create a theme park with all your ideas ; you can you create characters from your drawings; use your artistic skills and your wonderful creativity and imagination to create a theme park - Suggland… kind of like Disneyland but Sugg like

Another great and funny vlog. And I would watch toy filing up the bookshelf and you buying books from shops and charity shops
Not surprised you had nightmares Joe, those creepy things in the House, would give me them.
The mask reminds me of back in the day when Zoe turned you into the grinch/pumpkin lol. During the cotton wool stage 😭
Charity shops are brilliant for books Joe and have such a choice great suggestion Dianne goon Jo ❤❤we are all wishing for that .
The mask you are doing looks like The Elephant Man, great vlog as always 🥰🥰🥰
Also joe whenever I've had a hard day at work at sain o's coming back to watch your vlogs helps
The painting in the gold frame reminds me of the film The Witches, with the little girl trapped inside the painting
