    How Tim Robinson was able to say “do any of these…. Fuckers” after coming back from crying, without laughing is beyond me. The expressions on his face and delivery is unparalleled. I think this is hands down the greatest comedy of our time.

    Tim's facial expression at 0:52 is so good. Like he's genuinely trying to take in the tour guide's feedback and understand what he can and can't say... and from that point on he DOES only make comments and questions relating to the ghost tour. So good

      I think it's more confusion. He is genuinely interested in the tour and is asking questions in a way that the rules allow and they are being dismissed. But then when the other question is answered immediately he doesn't understand why and is annoyed and confused.

      @@owenslamansa4378 We observe an excess of religious relics in his mother’s car. The fact that his mother is picking him up and he does not drive himself lends to the conclusion that he is very sheltered and lives and depends on his overbearing and extremely religious mother for everything.
      Thus, this is probably the first time he’s ever been allowed to swear, and wanting to take full advantage of what could be his last chance to express his newfound freedom, he does so and takes it to the extreme.

    I feel this is a perfect expression of how people with social disabilities feel. They don’t understand the social nuances of why they are causing problems but at the same time feel they are still playing under the rules of social etiquette. Having a son that is on the spectrum this skit actual helps me understand how he feels.

I knew he couldn't help himself that he could swear just because it's the adult tour. This is seriously the only funny show out there IMO. "A hat has it's day in court" episode? I watched 10 times. My stomach clenched up from laughing so hard that I have abs now.

There's a part where he asks him to keep his questions on topic, so he changes the question to specifically be about the ghosts. He gets upset bc he is directly following instructions, but everyone hates him for not following unwritten social rules . It feels very autistic coded to me

    I love humor like this, where you are laughing at a character for being an asshole then at the end its flipped on your head and you feel like the asshole for laughing in the first place at the person's flaws. The last season of Moral Orel is like this. They spent 2 seasons building up their characters for you to laugh at, then in the final season show you how what you have been laughing and making fun of this whole time was these characters very real pain and personal tragedy. Absolutely brilliant stuff.

    god the restraint in the name of subversion is insane. any other sketch show would have had him get yelled at one more time and then they walk into a room to see the ghosts have done one of the nonsense things he mentioned. but robinson knows everyone is expecting that so he just has it end with the guy being incredibly sad and defeated and confused

    This sketch is hilarious, but the undertones of social ostracism that seep through on this one especially but throughout the whole show is what makes the humor razor sharp and resonate so strongly with people. This is a show for anyone who’s ever felt like they have no place in the world, it’s a part of something bigger than Tim, and bigger than all of us watching.

    A genuinely heart breaking sketch. The guy grew up in a severely repressed home with a very religious mother, and in his daily life cannot swear or say anything "sinful", and here he thinks he is finally in a place where he can be free and have the freedom to say whatever he wants, and even then he is denied that. Truly heartbreaking.

    It’s so incredible that Tim could take something negative and impactful from his past and make us laugh about it. Not only is he hilarious but he’s also a genius too. Comedy isn’t easy to write and to make it personal is even more difficult. Can’t wait for season 3.

    genuinely hilarious that months before seeing this sketch, i found a t-shirt at a local thrift store with a cool looking haunted house on it that said “larboard oaks mansion ghost tour” with the subline “say whatever the hell you want!” and i just thought it was a cool shirt from some maritime ghost tour and never bothered looking it up. it was two days ago that i was binging this series and was like wait a minute… lo and behold ive owned a shirt for several months that’s a reference to a now favourite comedy sketch
