I miss holy paladin back in BFA when you could run the "Ineffable Truth" corruption plus your Heart of Azeroth random Avenging Wrath procs with Vision of Perfection. You were a holy shock turret that kept pumping them out nonstop with active Avenging Wrath with the added benefit of spreading glimmers
Interesting and informative video, enjoyed this! I've opted to use Beacon of Virtue in almost all keystone scenarios, but I do definitely appreciate the versatility and utility in being able to chop & change beacon targets (with Beacon of Faith). I may try this out in TWW💛

Unpopular opinion, but I don’t mind running out of melee range to do a big heal as long as it feels impactful. Like I don’t mind rolling away on my monk and cast SM into vivifies when my group eats a bunch of mechanics.
Yeah and to your point there is value in having that as an option when forced out of melee, but I think what people don't like is when it's viable to do inside of your melee rotation, at least that's how i look at it!
actualy :D i did some m+ tonight on TWW beta and realy, you are rewarded prety good for using all your infusion procs so buffed holy light every now and than realy is worth pressing it. if you didn't know yet, consuming infusion of light gives you CDR on your weapons as lightsmith. Holy light can do a sick amount of oae healing if you use that one talent that makes it splash, i use it a bit as a replacement for my beacon of virtue, it requires some more timing tho.
You could do a "fun tierlist" with all the healers. I'd like to know which specks you like the most and if you are considering switching mains for tww.
I do plan on doing this very soon! I think it would be most fair to wait until rsham has its bugs fixed so I can truly test its rework before I make it though!

I just noticed this experience of yours while playing this healer, this is how a healer should feel like, f'ing great, saving lives in a way that matter, topping the f off of people, this is why i have an issue with Blizzard considering making healers weaker in favor of the top % design in an attempt to make it work for the rest of the skill brackets, INSTEAD of adding a scaling small but significant bonus damage increase effect to their defensives, to proc after the defensive wears off, that way they make people learn how to use their defensives simply because they will want to do more damage and they would min max that sh*t in a matter of a few months and this solution does not interfere with the top % design nor most of dngs design. The most genius part of it, is that the damage bonus effect will only trigger if defensive actually reduces damage so you can't just use it to rip the damage bonus effects and if you have it also scale with how much damage it reduced, it leaves a lot of room for balancing from that angle. Come on Blizzard i can't always do the work for you, this is childs play ffs, small indie company vs a random person who still has better ideas than yours most of the time, oh yes, i've said the fact.
They need to bring back the old version of infusion of light where holy light cast time reduced by half and flash of light crit chance increased 30 percent. That was my fav style…sad they changed it in shadowlands

For raid, having a devo aura is huge, and also the healing profile of shock healing is very desirable because it clutch heals people left and right to go along with the big ramps healers. It also brings aura mastery to give big mitigation vs massive damage, and an immunity to handle certain mechanics. For m+ all of those reasons are just as important. Pairing the mitigation they bring with an Aug evoker can help the tank survive bigger pulls. The sacred weapon can do insane damage to melt those big pulls faster. They bring a b rez which helps when forming a 5 man comp. There's probably more pros that I can't think of, but every healer has a ton that they offer to different comps!

Aura Mastery. Bop. Freedom. Blessing of Sacrifice and Holy Bulwark. LoH. Inmunity Melee kick and both ST CC/Aoe Interrupt. Brez. Its basically the best utility kit for every healer in the game.

I might be going back to healer after being a dps monkey for a few seasons and I am definitely leaning Holy Paladin, the gameplay is very fun

Glimmer was around in BFA (2 years ago) and any holy paladin was using it. It wasn't Introduced in dragon flight...
I made my paladin in shadowlands, so it makes sense I didn't even know it existed until df lol.

Watch DPS hit their defensives and then purposely take avoidable DMG to up their meters. Bam! Another mechanic the healer has to clear
