So preblock is basically a type of blockstun that happens before you actually get hit?

+The Victator Easiest way to think of it is that it prevents you from moving backwards or jumping backwards if you're holding backwards (blocking).
If you don't block you don't go into preblock.
It only happens when your opponent is attacking.
