I wish they made this "Joey making a ton of sauce when he's in a dilemma" a recurring theme in the series, would have made some good conversation and jokes too. Such a shame they really leaned into the "Joey is dumb" characterization over the seasons.

I don't know why they didn't create a spinoff with Joey and Chandler based on their lives before Friends or as completely different characters coz Matthew Perry and Matt Le Blanc are the perfect odd couple

LeBlanc was going to do Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip which was produced by Aaron Sorkin when Friends ended. The show didn't last that long but it still was a really good show. And your propsoed show no person watching at home would refer to them as their new characters, they would just calle "The New Joey and Chandler Show". That is a bad idea for a show.
They are, but a spjn off would have not been possible, mainly because Chandler life changed after he left with Monica to make their own family and moved away.. His story arc kinda finished there. Joey on the other hand being single and the only one with open possiblities, still had a spin off after the show ended - the rest married and had families by the end of the show. But even Joey în his spin off gets to have a fiance and move to hollywood, so that spin off also didn't lasted long. Personally, i think is perfect that the character arcs had closing for each of them, before ending. As much as we like, even a good show must come to an end, and i am glad each of them got to make familie and live their own lifes, even if away from eachother. I think this makes the show even more special, for the moments they once shared togheter

Lol. I guess the show is trying to say that whether it’s men or women, people are people. It’s us the viewers you’ll have a problem with what is shown. We all have some sort of bias.
This was a horrible thing to put in for a man too and probably wouldn't get by today at all. They just toned it down in the episode by making the casting director pretty and someone he'd want to sleep with anyway.
