- After Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) and Mike (Paul Rudd) break up, Monica (Courteney Cox) finds herself having to stop them from getting back together. Meanwhile, Chandler (Matthew Perry) jokingly posts on their college alumni website that Ross (David Schwimmer) has died. When no one responds, Ross sends out a fake memorial invitation. Then, Joey (Matt LeBlanc) hides Hugsy, his stuffed animal penguin, from Rachel (Jennifer Aniston), who tries to convince him to give Hugsy to Emma. Watch Friends on TBS.

Rachel is so manipulative and that is one of the reasons why I cannot stand her character.
🤨 Especially when Joey never ever said Emma could keep Hugsy. He uncomfortably said it was fine for Emma to play with him, and that was it. I have no idea where Rachel gets off seeing the penguin is Emma's.

It was ridiculous that they had Joey as this childlike character and yet at the same time a serial seducer of women.
Just really bad writing , the only way you get away with a character like Joey and make it seem somewhat realistic is if they are Woody Boyd type character who's acts in every way like an overgrown child, not having an overgrown child/ladies man combo.
I am a Friends lover but the Joey stuffed animal scenes are beyond stupid and hurt the character.
