- Not my best day but this is how I learn an area. Sometimes you fish one day in a new spot and do really well. Other times it can be a struggle and that is the beauty of fishing. I'm just glad I didn't get skunked hahaha. Anyway thanks for watching!

I agree, just when the tide starts to slow, the bite begins, but end when slack tide draws out the sharks and the rays. Fantastic scenery and photography as always! Thanks again for posting!

That was a small ray. They get really big in that area. Just be thankful it wasnt a 120 lb tackle wrecker! It would of pulled that kayak all the way down to Charleston!😎

Great vid Rich! funny that when I went to SC we saw also another large sheepshead about that size on a dock in a restaurant marina. Spooked him before we could get a line out 😂
I recommend using a sabiki rig around the pylons next time for greenies! Would love to see you target cobia more in future vids!

Thanks for saving the bell, I had been trying to do something else online that wasn't working and I saw your notification come through! You're in Brazil though right now, correct? I'll just watch this one. Hopefully whatever you have to say I won't need to ask again, but in case it is something like that, I realize you're busy. Probably much busier than a lot of people! *if we ever get a hold of these so-called fishing video scammers, I say that we, and I mean all of us fisherman somewhere got to put these people in their place, find out where they're coming from, and if we can do that, just offer them the chance to see and feel how good it feels to catch fish! Probably wasn't what you expected me to say, but, these people are actually trying to make money themselves, let's let them know that there's no hard feeling, but just that they should enjoy this God given pleasure that He has for us all to enjoy!

What boat ramp was that in the beginning? My sister just moved to Beaufort(pigeon point) A few years ago from Boston. I’ve been down to visit twice and fished both times, nice area.
Looked like the broad river boat ramp. There is also a fishing pier right next to it

I'm going on vacation in a month to north myrtle beach and would like to dip the kayak. Any recommendations on where to go fishing. Cherry Grove.. little river? I'm not looking for a specific species, just best chances
Pretty much anywhere you put in there fish around. Little river around the ICW would probably treat you well or come south there’s no shortage of water to fish.

Rich I love how you fish. During this video you were changing rigs and when you cut old leader to tie on new you tossed the old in the water. Big no no rich. Please consider in the future
I dont think he did. He cuts the line and his fingers are still pinched with line in it. Plus he has always made a point to keep old line in the kayak to throw away later.
