    Love carrying exercises. Minimal wear and tear, max time under tension, minimal athleticism required, and global muscular recruitment. Lots of pros and almost no cons. Excellent video!

    Question, in the crucifix position you have an overhand grip on the kettle ball. Would it be beneficial to swap back and forth from an overhand grip to an underhand grip? This would work forearm muscles differently.

      Sure! I like how this would challenge the shoulder as well.
