MTL x NYC Bikepacking - cycling from Montreal to New York City

We are 3 friends from France.
In June 2019 we decided to go bikepacking between Montreal and New York City.

Hey guys I’m planning a bike trip and I’m curious on the Montreal to New York trip how are the roads are you sharing them a lot with cars are there separate bike routes along the way where can I look into this information

6/7 days. The weather was not the best but the landscape was indeed beautiful !
