I just found your channel and watched 4 videos so far! I absolutely love it! I’m 42, second pregnancy and 28 weeks today! I have a midwife and will give birth at a birth center. My first pregnancy was extremely traumatic for me at a hospital. I have been having a lot of back pain to a point that I can’t function. I can stand and walk for about 20 minutes then it hits me and I have to lay down on the floor with my feet up! I have been reading about it and apparently 80% of women has some back pain during pregnancy. I’m just hoping this will go away soon! Also, do you have any knowledge about iugr pregnancy and still naturally giving birth? Thank you! 🥰
This is the most encouraging comment I have gotten in a while. That means the world and is 100% my goal. We all have down days and I am thankful this channel can be a safe place for you to land 🫶
I’m in North Carolina also but my previous midwives are no longer working in hospital and I’ve had to go to a traditional ob. However in NC there are no private doctors they are all under big conglomerates and I’m being rotated through a bunch of doctors and whoever I get on my delivery day is who I get. As a vbac mom (I’ve had 2 successful vbacs) this scares me. Did you find this to be true as well? I can’t find any other nurse midwives here either.
i asked my OBGYN is there was an alternative to the glucose test and they said no way i have to do it 😭 i ended up almost fainting several times. i hate the glucose test so much.
This was ten months ago but if anyone reads this: you do NOT have to take the glucose test and there ARE alternatives! These doctors are ignorant, sometimes willfully.
Would love to hear any Pregnancy or Birth related questions that you may have? ❤

Can you make a video on your favorite infant car seat?
I will definitely keep this in mind, thank you for the suggestion!
