37 1/2 weeks along with my first! Cheese sticks have been a super easy way for me to get my added protein. Also, pumpkin seeds and nuts, that I pack in my purse, which get me through when I'm out running errands...
Yes! Same here, just feel so much better if I am nourishing on the go and getting some fat and protein in. Cheese really helps me with this. Good ideas to share 🙌
Bro.... the CARBS THO!!! O.O I definitely had cravings with my daughter, but the AMOUNT OF BAGELS THIS baby has prompted me to consume!? OH. MY. SOUL. O.O I never eat a ton of bread/carbs but I've devoured them this pregnancy lol And idk if it's just cuz that was one of the only things I could actually choke down in the first tri, or if it's bc I have a toddler this time around and I need extra energy but WOW O.O
YES it is a real thing! Then for me though esp with the last two pregnancies I feel like I fall off the edge of a cliff when I eat the carbs without protein. So it has made a world of difference for me to just pair the bagel with an egg or sausage. But yes I agree! Its real!
