I like that in the thumbnails Matt seems to be getting slightly happier each time. Currently he still looks slightly miffed but with a sense of accomplishment.

Screws...how gauche; what happened to the mortise and tenons? I've seen you cut them into food! Just kidding my friend - thank you for another great video! You are a man of many talents.

I’m currently not converting a van, but great to watch. May pick up a tip or two for another project. Love the music track.

An alternative to securing the cladding to timber battens is Rivet nuts into the metal forms, then fasten the cladding via set screws or bolts into the Rivet nuts

Great idea to go into the sides of the ribs - good trade-off between thickness of insulation and available interior height.

Looking good man, attention to detail is impressive. Is the furniture business going to morph into Matt's Customs?

Hey Matt, really enjoy your conversion videos! Just wanted to let you know, that when you talk in the voiceover, there's kind of a high pitched hissing sound in the background.

Love the videos! Could you maybe share the angle of the cut wood that you attached to the ribs? :)
