It's all good remember the star wars prequels? The Phantom Menace (okay movie) Attack of the Clones (Meh) Revenge of the Sith (Good Movie) that's how I feel halo 4-6 are doing. 4 was okay, 5 was meh but 6 will be good

Honestly when I first heard this I was genuinely surprised on how mysterious, epic, new, beautiful, amazing, and just in general HALO it sounded and now coming back to it sounds just as good

I once mentioned That part from the book with McKay going up the rockslide while fighting the newly encountered Flood.

Man music is amazing. I was lifting and got to my limit. I was about to stop when 2:00 came on, and it felt like that song was saying, “You’ve been here since the start, you might as well keeping going until the ending”. Somehow I was able to keep going even though I was way past the point where I’d normally be too tired to continue. Guess epic music really does help 😂

You resurrected that same feeling of mutual epicness and anxiety felt during 343 Guilty Spark. The second this started playing as the Marines and I ran out of the facility it sent me back to when I was 8 trying my hardest to make sure the Marines survive while jamming to this.
Enough to make a man cry, and I almost have. Beautifully done. 💙
My favorite track from CE just got a lot better. Beats Anniversary's version by a mile.

halo ce didn't remix the music, so its basically just the same as the normal music.
I actually really don't like what this track turned in to. While it's great by itself, it doesn't make a great replacement in my eyes.

I feel like the OST in SPV3, in addition to the terminals, scripting and layout was leaning more towards to a more Marathon-esque focus on the game that Bungie wanted to do.
This theme, unlike the original, sounds more like a Wr'kncacntr about to be released, and we are about to get *romped* if we don't stop it.
I dont know if it's better or worse, but i like it

Someone already said it, but anyone how was involved in the original project of Halo CE-Reach would be immensely impressed with what youve done. Not just impressed, inspired. Grateful. I really do hope some of them heard this. You incorporate everything that it was, yet made it even better. Don't stop man, I need more inspiration like this to make my videos lol.

I said it in another comment but I preferred the old version you made, to this, it was more reminiscent of the original while adding a new touch that kept it as a remaster. Not sure why you thought the percussion and choirs were off on that one.
Pat Rick because they were that was a fact :p also we promote this thing as a remaster but is more a reimagination of the soundtrack so there was very little intention to keep them 💯 connected to the originals. Als this is like 90% same arrangement

wow i never realised you actually responded :/ i got depressed with this mod.................I like the music but it outpaceses the gameplay and doesnt feel like the original anymore :(...........almost makes me think it would have been best if both versions were used like the previous one for the flood level and this one for the early levels

Certainly different. This has a somewhat more martial feel than the stately original track.

I adore that synth beat in the first half, and the violin in the second half. This is the song that I think of when I imagine SPV3. My second favorite track beat only by Rock Anthem Evolved
