Yes, You can do multiple books with the same composition interior but with different cover. However please make sure to target different keywords. You should NOT use the same activity book interior (like coloring book, puzzle book etc) with different covers.

You can publish public domain books. The contents are available for free in the internet. As anybody can use the content, you need to create unique book from the available public domain contents. For example, you can create coloring book from the pictures or handwriting book with the sentences or quote books etc.

The printing facility is available in countries like US, UK, Japan, Italy, Germany, Canada, Australia etc. So, you can use the print facility for the readers in those countries. Regarding promoting your books, you can use social media like Facebook, Instagram etc which are free. If you know any UA-camr or Instagram influencer, you can ask them to promote. You can ask app like KuKuFM if they can upload your book and pay you when someone reads them
If you have the copyrights of the stories, you can publish them. If you have sold the stories to the magazine and the magazine has the copyrights, then you can't publish them.

You can't publish in Tamil using KDP account. The Tamil books are printed by the publisher (publication company not by Amazon) and sold in Amazon using a different account called FBA account. KDP account can be used only for books printed by Amazon. Amazon does not support printing in Tamil and hence KDP account can't be used for printing Tamil books.

Hi, As I get the payment in US bank, I don't exactly know about getting paid in Indian bank. I searched in Amazon website for the details. It looks like direct deposit is possible for India. The deposit is done in INR itself. You can try giving your India bank information and check if it is working. I referred this website : kdp.amazon.com/en_US/help/topic/GJD7DFFX6X88AK46. Choose "Asia" for India.

It depends. Amazon takes time to approve line notebooks. There is no specific reason. They will be approved within another few days

You can't publish in Tamil using KDP account. The Tamil books are printed by the publisher (publication company not by Amazon) and sold in Amazon using a different account called FBA account. KDP account can be used only for books printed by Amazon. Amazon does not support printing in Tamil and hence KDP account can't be used for printing Tamil books.
