I can't understand your question. But I don't think there is any problem in having the table of contents. What kind of book is it? If it is low content book like a simple lined notebook, table of contents is not usually required.

There is a section where it asks whether you want to bid up or down. Did you choose down there?

At least $2 in royalty is advisable if you want to run ads for the book. It usually takes 9 - 10 clicks for a sale. Even if you keep the cpc as 20 cents, 10 clicks take $2 and your entire royalty is spent for the sale. Some books like coloring book are highly competitive and will not get impression for 20 cents. Amazon shows the book to more customers if people are buying the book because of your ads. So your ad might help organic sale too which can't be measured. In general, I keep the price of my book very close to the price of the existing books and spend a fixed amount like $10 - $20 to promote the book initially. If the ad is not profitable I stop the ad.

ADS immediately shows the sale. In general it takes 10 -12 clicks for a sale. If there are more clicks but no sales then check whether the description or content are good. KDP dashboard will show the sale only after the book gets printed.

You can ask someone to write books for you. But you should own the copyrights of the book. The writer should not sell the contents to others. It is not safe to publish public domain books or multiple people publishing the same content.

Books with repeating pages like notebooks, logbooks are low contents (almost all pages are same). Books with different puzzles like puzzle books, coloring books are not low contents (Each page is different).

No, you have to change. If you see creative fabrica's license information, they have clearly mentioned that all elements should be changed before using them for any creation not only Amazon KDP. Hope this helps!

Hi, Please ask them whether they have carat checking machine to check the quality of the gold.

If the book is a low content book like notebook or journal, the customers can see only the front and back cover pages. If it is a middle content book like puzzle or high content book like novel, the customers can see the interior of the book by clicking the Read Sample button displayed below the book cover . Otherwise you can publish A+ content to show your book interior.

@@prabhusampath1276 , the first step of book validation is not done by the people. It is done by Amazon bot. The bot will send it to back for rectification if you have not chosen low content for the low content book.

Hi, I don't have Canva premium membership. I use only the free version. The free elements are limited. Also, the canva license always confuses me. So, I don't use Canva elements.

Both. that is the reason we leave spaces on all sides on the interior. In the cover text should not be on the corner, otherwise it will get cut

Print books (paper back) are not available for Tamil. Kindle ebooks can be published.

Yes, You can use Canva's free images too. Read Canva's license first to understand what is allowed and what is not allowed. I don't use canva to create coloring books
