- The plaintiff says she dated the defendant and they had a son 34 years ago, but he was never in their son’s life. She’s suing for an unpaid loan. The defendant claims the plaintiff and her family kept him from his son. He denies owing anything.

The mom might have stayed and was their (kudos to her for that), but I believe the father when he said her mom raised him. She was only 15. And I have a mom just like her who holds on to the past of my father. Sometimes a child turns out good because of the grace of God. God brought that young man up.

At first I was like hold on JM normally you like to hear the back story/mess but as this case went on I truly understand why he attempted to stop the parents from going there. I felt so sorry for their son having to sit through their situation but he appears to be a wonderful young man that has forgiven the dad. Hopefully they all can move forward in peace.

Judge is always listening to the foolishness when he walks out that courtroom. He decided to turn back this time to place these fools in check for carrying on in such a manner behind 35 year old difference that’s should have been long gone buried when she loaned the absentee father that money.

First she was acting like she was torn up because he ran her over with a car, but yet you loaning him money now. If we’re totally honest. It’s a slap in the face to the mother who raised him. His mother chose to stay behind and raise him, she could have ran off like his father did and left him to the system.
