- The plaintiff says she fell madly in love with the defendant when she met him, and she got pregnant three weeks after they got married. She later discovered he was an alcoholic with a gambling problem. She’s suing her now-ex for unpaid alimony and stolen money. The defendant says the plaintiff was lazy and refused to work or clean the house. He’s countersuing for stolen money and a DNA test for the child.

plus sounds like she did not even know him. Pregnant after three weeks and then shortly afterwards they got married so it’s not that she found out about it. She just didn’t know who he was. and he didn’t know who her lazy ass was either but I guess they quickly found out that she was lazy and he was a drunk gambling bum. however, I am confused. How do you stop paying a mortgage for somewhere that you have to live as well because you are the only one paying it? They sound worse than two 13 year olds.
