- The plaintiff says eight years ago she had a boyfriend, but she was having sex with the defendant on the side. The plaintiff has petitioned the court for a DNA test to see if the defendant is the father of her child. The plaintiff is also in court to sue the defendant for an unpaid loan because she gave him money to travel back home. The defendant insists he never had unprotected sex with the plaintiff. In terms of the money, the defendant argues the loan was a gift.

Paternity tests are expensive. He couldn't afford one, obviously. It's likely she couldn't either.

The defendant was a scrub and the Judge knew it, called him out on his nonsense and irresponsibility, and awarded the plaintiff her judgement.
