Bruh, she can't sue her employer if she didn't show them the texts and prove they had some type of romantic relationship. If they didn't know about the texts then it's not unlawful. She should've pleaded her case giving the employer the opportunity to drop or hold the claim.

He doesn’t make judgments early, that’s his way of balancing things out. If he was making a judgment early, the case would be over and wouldn’t hear anymore evidence. Different judges have different styles and Judge Mathis style is unique.
