I feel like you repeat the same thing too many times. Your audio is off a bit as well, a little low when you're talking then the music is too loud, needs a better balance.
I have no idea what the layout of the house is because of the cut scenes. What does it look like to enter the home and walk through it? What does it feel like to walk through the home? Needs that experience to enjoy the video a bit more.
