For the past few years whenever I see something in a house that I like, I have been making a note of it in my notes app, so when I build my house someday it will be perfect. After watching this vid, I think I might just buy an NYC townhouse (assuming I have the money haha) instead of building my own house. They are just so sick! p.s ur cameraman does a great job.
why would ever build a house like a townhouse? If think about it, it's a terrible design - its this very narrow, vertical space with light coming mostly from the front and the back open to all other houses that very close to it. In a big city, with it's narrow blocks and premium land prices, it's a necessity but if you can build a house... build it more horizontally.
MR SERHANT...No one is able to help the buyer imagine how they will live and use and enjoy these amazing spaces such as yourself. Eloquent, professional, exceptional my friend. Kind regards Benjamin from N.Z.
the actual building is stunning, i love it. its lay out to me, does not flow at all. its all over the place and makes no sense and has not been planned out very well.
WOW! This is an incredible mansion narrated by an incredible agent! The best! It's easy to see why you are the top broker Ryan! This property will be sold before the end of the day! Simply gorgeous! Thanks for the video! You've truly "made it" !
Beautiful and homey, and not too full of itself like many of the other properties we tour on this page. Absolute class and a delightful townhome. A lot for the price honestly
I’m always astonished at how little you get for so much money in these areas like New York, Monaco,London , and so on. 26,000,000 would get you a palace with 100 acres in places like Texas and Tennessee.
Oh my God, the office was so luxurious, like, the desk and the custom walls just made my jaw DROP. Thank you for another amazing tour, Ryan, you’re amazing at what you do :)
Lol. Love how you’re trying to sell the open concept bathrooms as a positive. This house has been on the market since 2019, probably because it is missing walls. Also, if you look at the floor plan, it appears there’s no door to the first bedroom shown with the open bathroom. So anyone in the house can just walk up the stairs and see you taking a bath.
The space has a very strong mid-hotel-ish vibe which usually turns me off as its very impersonal like a hotel lobby. Fortunately, the exposed brick gives it enough earthiness to make it tolerable, even beautiful in some parts.
Agreed. The hotel/department store vibe in all new construction results from interior architects laziness with interior lighting. They throw canned lighting in the ceiling and call it a day.
BTW, house used to be owned by John Phillips Sousa- composer of National March “The Stars and Stripes Forever” and other marching songs. Namesake for sousaphone, a type of marching tuba.
The Breakfast BAR is fabulous. This house is the ultimate fully integrated system for living. What a dream home. Spacious and well designed. WEST WASHINGTON PLACE LUXURY
Love the Danny Clinch photograph of Nas from the Illmatic shoot above the bed. Also, digging the Henry Diltz photograph of Keith Richards holding a bottle of Jack with his carryon luggage to the right of the bed.
Made it. I absolutely love you, your personality and your style... everything. You are the full package! Such a great person and so friendly and approachable. I think we would have a blast hanging out... lol.
I completely lost my breath seeing this house. I can't even describe it in a comment. she is unbelievable, divine, simply amazing. Hard to even choose the room after buying it! I'm completely in love with her 😍🏠💝🟰🔝♥️🇺🇸
JEEEEEEZ that home makes me regret not trying to be a billionaire so I could afford such a special place BUT I'll encourage my kids to be the very best they can be and maybe I'll get a lil dads room to stay in lol
Yea, there’s not a person (hopefully) in middle class that would like to remain there. I think it’s less ridiculing and more “what I beat/triumph over”, considering where Travis Scott came from. But art is mostly subjective....
WTH is that weird, wild dance move after walking out onto the terrace, Serhant? Looks like a 1980s Delta Tau Delta dance party move in a house on an undisclosed Southern campus! You rock, Real Estate Man. But next time, don't do it in a pinstripe. It steals your glory, son! LOL.
This is gorgeous. I doubt the homeowner decorated this. Whoever was the decorator should be mentioned. Update: I just checked. It's still for sale. But it's now $7 million cheaper.
This is not Travis Scott place …. It’s stage to reflect some of his style. Just say he was paid to use his name. He did the same thing recently with McDonalds. Kris Jenner knows how to get the coins.
I have one and am not pleased with how the food taste. But it definitely looks sleek. if you are a true food lover and love to cook, this don't get close to a decent meal cooking. The gas ranges and BBQ open fire pits are the best for flavors too.
@@madchef9201 Really? Do you sufficiently preheat the pan? I have both induction and gas but do the searing outside on the patio on a gas grill, all my Wolf - but of course! Sub Zero for refrigeration and Miele for cleaning.
Ryan, YOU REALLY NEED TO SAY WHO DID THE ART!!! You really are fired for that! Why is there an axe over the bathtub? Ha, ha, you can wash off the signature in the long sink.
I really don't understand the layout of this townhouse. Is beautiful in so many ways, but it not a home. Is a display of innovative taste. It's needs a soul.
The hotel/department store vibe in all new home construction results from interior architects laziness with interior lighting. They litter the ceiling with canned lighting and call it a day.
It is a shower not a grower. Two kitchens and dining in the basement is ridiculous. Wasted space and no real logic in the floorplan. It sold for 17 million and was on the market for years. With that location and being a townhouse with over 8000 square ft. and it did not sell says something. Should have just rented it to people who were impressed by this presentation.
One of the most impressive townhouses I've ever seen with elegant architecture
Its spectacular. Love to download it. Kkkkkkkk. My love for decor still burns inside of me!!!
I really love townhouses in Manhattan. U don't get in south africa..I mean historic townhouses
I’m the highest in the room
@Michael Bedro lol .I wish !!!
This is one of the first houses that really feel like it’s worth the price tag. Fully luxe & really easy to see yourself living in.

+Kyle Rexford- You'll be living in a tent. Class dismissed.
I personally want several homes including an NYC high rise townhome

I’m rooting for you.
I love how everything is 90° angles. And how everything is almost hidden in the kitchens
Gorgeous to look at, hell to clean! Pity the housekeeping staff. The tubs look uncomfortable to soak in as well. Still gorgeous though.
The color correction in this video was top notch. Subtle and really effective!
Who knew that Ryan was going to make offer on this insane property? He didn't. He redid everything and now owns it!
This is my favorite townhouse in NYC EVER. I absolutely think Travis should KEEP IT 😁😍 This home is perfect in every way!
MR SERHANT...No one is able to help the buyer imagine how they will live and use and enjoy these amazing spaces such as yourself. Eloquent, professional, exceptional my friend. Kind regards Benjamin from N.Z.
True. And a new valuation method: how may windows across. Lol!
can I use afterpay to buy this place? 😣😮💨
Hahaha awsome 😁😁
Right it'll take me some years but
I think it's called a loan 😂
@@aaronsharman8031 no I’m not getting a loan I’ll just be paying for it in installments
No...😁

right and that tub flowing into the bedroom. Imagine getting out of that and now your bedroom floor is soaking
Love the townhouse and I love how Ryan is always funny in his work. I can imagine working with him would never have a dull day.

Beautiful townhome. Excellent presentation, Ryan.

Here in Missouri, you could buy A large town for that kind of money
If I had a 26M place in Texas or Tennessee, once I left my property, I would be thinking about how little neighborhood you get.
Yeah but then you have to live in places like Texas or Tennessee, not with it
Oh my God, the office was so luxurious, like, the desk and the custom walls just made my jaw DROP. Thank you for another amazing tour, Ryan, you’re amazing at what you do :)
The graffiti wall adds more swag to the office.
That exposed brick is always the best part.
It is the only original part of the building, everything else is new. Nothing wrong with that however.
Agreed. It's the old details that make this home so convincing. All the new stuff looks like Nordstrom's.

The attention to detail is breathtaking
this must have sold before it hit the market, easily the best town house in NYC and the price is not even outrageous
Nope. Still on the market. They’ve been trying to sell it for 2 years.
I'd pay a few extra millions kicked back to the unacknowledged artists.
This is so sick! Great job team SERHANT for making another stellar video!!! :)
I just want to be successful enough in life that Ryan Serhant will want to do a UA-cam video of my house, and be my listing agent.
Reach me ☝️☝️
Made it. This is an exceptionally beautiful townhome. I love each and every part. If only I could afford to buy it. Maybe in my next life.

How did I miss this video 😮 love how intimate it seems and cosy for so much spacey, what a wonderful property
"The floors ARE LIT!" I see what you did there Ryan...

I love this Townhouse. I can see myself living there.
Penthouse is LIT, STRAIGHT UP
Wow, just wow! Great tour... you are the GOAT!
🤣I love your comments dear
Forgot to mention there are no baseboards, walls end about an inch from the floor, nice detail.
Love the Danny Clinch photograph of Nas from the Illmatic shoot above the bed. Also, digging the Henry Diltz photograph of Keith Richards holding a bottle of Jack with his carryon luggage to the right of the bed.
Awesome on you for knowing who did the art!!!!!
so beautifully designed 😍
Absolutely SPECTACULAR
Amazing location. Very nice restoration. Totally unlivable.
It is ridiculous.

Wow! Love the exposed brick. So much character. Great property.
Back in the 90’s this would’ve been the place to live.
Unfortunately, NYC is lost beyond saving now.
Two things come to mind with this place: one, holy hell this is amazing. Two? This seems like the set of a John Wick scene lmao
I like how people like Travis Scott but majority of his fan base probably middle class supporting his income and it says "no middle class" 10:20

Ryan : "which reminds me of Prohibition era New York City"
Ryan Serhant is a vampire confirmed
I was there for a party over the summer and it was insane in person.
I'm not usually impressed by townhomes, but this is lovely.
If I had 26.5 million then I would buy this home. Epic!
SO much better than any condo/apartment you've ever toured.
We all know Kyle got rocked in the jacuzzi

Travis Scott is Money swagger but, he got the great sensitivity to buy real estates. Brentwood mansion, this one, those are cool!

Great towhouse and I love the Paul Nicklen photos!
The dry Sauna is a bad joke. No Deal.
Definite worth 26 million
It didn’t have a gym or library? It had showers, slabs of rock, windows, steel, steps but the cozy warm home aspect was missing.
