My name is Victor Smith and I am a licensed real estate broker in Seattle. I was born and raised here and have been working for Windermere Real Estate for almost four years.
During my career I've helped clients buy and sell a variety of different types of properties all over the city. Seattle has such a mix of different neighborhood styles and I enjoy them all!

Great question! And I actually think you may have caught me using the wrong terminology by calling this a “houseboat”. I believe this home is technically called a “floating home” and does not have a motor. It needs to be towed. There are plenty of homes on the lake with motors though, and they are equally as cool!

I am old school, I like a closed kitchen. The original "woman cave". Just one more thing.. his and her's separate bathrooms.
The open concept has been the trend for awhile, but it’s not for everybody. There’s plenty of awesome closed kitchens out there. And who knows, maybe they’ll eventually make a trendy comeback!

I feel like you repeat the same thing too many times. Your audio is off a bit as well, a little low when you're talking then the music is too loud, needs a better balance. I have no idea what the layout of the house is because of the cut scenes. What does it look like to enter the home and walk through it? What does it feel like to walk through the home? Needs that experience to enjoy the video a bit more.

As someone who can’t afford to buy a home, IN THIS ECONOMY, I still watch every video to motivate me to not buy a new PlayStation, but save that $600 for a down payment! The houses are usually cozy and comfortable but this Victor guy just knows how to keep an audience entertained.
