This cart is fantastic, it seems like you've got everything you ever need on that thing. Even with all the products you have on the cart, you've kept everything neat and organized and that is definitely vital when detailing efficiency is something to think about. One thing I found myself doing when detailing is taking way too many trips back to the garage to grab the product I need. I definitely need to build out something, probably a low budget idea you're talking about it.
It started out real low budget and I am just never satisfied so it has turned into this. LOL I plan to start a sub $400 or even close to $300 cart that has everything needed to get started not including the chemicals though. Pressure Washer, Hose, Cart, Brushes, all fittings and a foam cannon. Stuff adds of quick though.
If you lived closer to me. I would pay you to set all my stuff up! People don't realize how much it takes to figure this all out. I'm a mess over just fittings for pressure washer hook ups! Your definitely a smart guy! I enjoy watching your videos. Thanks 👍
Lots of trial and error. I mean a lot of trial and error to figure this stuff out. I have so many extra fittings I could open a store to sell them. LOL
Appreciate that. I know some who have done it, but they don't make videos. Usually most them run a detail business so they have a mobile vehicle. If I ran a high volume business a few items I would probably pay a little more for higher quality built products. this is perfect though for the weekend warrior.
Bro…. This is BY FAR THE DOPEST CART/SETUP, I’ve ever seen. Like ever. Optimized AF🤣🤣 seriously though I’m mimicking this . 🤜🏻🤛🏻 very awesome and useful setup 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Hey keav after being disappointed that the cart you have is not available. I came up with a solution that works for me. I went and got the Milwaukee packout system. I got the roller and the wooden board that I mounted a reel onto. It holds all my supplies and I can take everything out on one trip with bungee cords. Also my house has a big step to go outside and the packout roller handles it like a champ!! The roller and board would $200 total but the packout system is a tank so I think it's a viable option instead of less sturdy cart
That's awesome! There never is the the best solution for everybody, but their is a best solution for each person and they are never the same. Hope it all works out for you.
There will be not sure yet what I want to do. I am changing how I run deionization and might be changing a few other things. I'm also doing a video series on the cheapest cart possible while still having decent quality equipment.
Amazing Cart Setup, I'm currently using a Sunjoe SPX3000 w/ Uberflex 50ft hose and a $40 Ikea rolling cart but i wanted to mount the pressure washer with the hose , I found a similar cart you have on Walmart, then purchased the Active VE52/VE56 Wall Mount Solution ( Ultimate ) from Obsessed Garage. Also the foam and the cord wrap hooks were a nice touch so I purchased those as well. I got everything in the mail today and hopefully have it all together over the weekend.
That is awesome and with those fitting from the ultimate package should be really durable. make sure to invest in a pressure gauge so you can dial in your PSI. Its seems to be different for everybody. for VE52.
Not a big deal really maybe a 5% to 8% difference in performance. Biggest thing is the size and the 2.0 is supposed to have twice the lifespan, but you can't beat the VE52 for $199 and they have made many improvements and updates to it over the last few years.
That cart is magnificent!! The pegboard is a genius idea. I wish I could buy one :( have you thought of personally importing and selling these on Amazon? I would have the reel on the same side and on the front instead of the deionize station I would hang my ego with the stubby attachment
I got the deal of the century on this one. There is a company called Global Industrial in the U.S. that gets their carts. They are too expensive for me to try and buy them and resell. I can't find them for less than $500 right now.
Right now I just got a heavy duty plastic cart, thinking plastic would be better to avoid rust. But I love your pegboard system and the weight on this. Do you have any rust concerns?
My favorite would be the W4 Citrus Foam and the W6 Fallout remover. The biggest difference is they create and test their products to work with their coatings as they are developed together giving you the assurance they are coating safe. Another big thing is they don't use dyes or fragrances just the chemicals that work except for the Gwash which has color and fragrance to separate it from the Citrus Foam.
This cart seems to be the only one out there. I got super lucky. The reel on this cart is for 100 foot. When buying just make sure to look the pics on the 50 and 100 are the same. I found an alternative cart for my viewers, but after the video it sold out in just a few days and won’t be back in stock till the fall. 🤷♂️
I love this Cart. Wish I could get one. Do you know of any alternate carts that's like this? Really would be amazing if I could get one. Love the videos. 🤜🏼🤛🏼👍🏼
Any ideas on replacement or substitute cart other than the SHUTER cart? That Item hasn't been available for more than a year and the manufacture doesn't sell direct or offer distribution to suppliers in US. I'm looking to put together a similar cart setup but I'm worried about the hose reel being placed on end and possibly tipping the over the cart. Especially when considering most carts are plastic.
Yeah, me getting that cart was like playing the lottery. I think it was a pallet auction sale and they didn’t know the value. I’ve worked on finding a suitable alternative and found it. Video here - ua-cam.com/video/Kxea_DguScI/v-deo.html Problem is it sold fast and not all versions are in stock. I’ve reached out to the sellers to see if they will be restocking.
@Cars With Keav Funny right after I watched that video, I found your 4th upgraded Cart video, and I was laughing because it addressed everything I was commenting on. 🤣 I contacted the seller of the newer cart unfortunately version 3 and 4 have the side mounted peg boards are currently out of stock for a short while.
Good videos keep them coming ? Though your opinion which is the best foam cannon I’m kinda of tossed up between 3 actually the griots garage boss and brilliant finish and MJJC pro. if you had to pick between those or the mtm pf22.2 Cause I like the design of griots garage and mjjc big opening easier to fill up
Thanks, Griots Brilliant finish does it for me. I had not touched my PF22.2 since I got the MJJC. Now my favorite is the Griots Brilliant Finish. You can auto mix, has the biggest neck of all, weighs less than a pound. Only $51 right now and it’s machined out of solid billet aluminum. Just the best overall package. The neck on the PF22.2 just makes it hard to use and the price.
Not heavy at all as the casters on it are so smooth. It helps keep the cart steady when using the hose reel. Reduces vibration and rattles due to the metal being thicker. I thought it would in the beginning, but having a cheaper thin metal cart before its easier to push over driveway joints and the step up into the garage.
I have had no issues so far and been using several times a week for almost 6 months. I have heard of some strange issues. Some due to using the wrong nozzle sizes, running a 1.1 on the foam cannon and using an extension cord not rated for the machine all can cause the overheating. Leaky fittings or bad spray gun or clogged nozzle can cause constant running, but there are many though that I have no idea why it happens and is about 5% just based on the feedback I have gotten. Maybe a manufacturing process or part supplier not meeting specs consistent enough. I wonder to myself if Obsessed garage got a better batch because if they were having problems he would be blasting them on a video. I hate you are not having a good experience with it. I'm going to start reviewing pressure washers soon hopefully I can find some more affordable high GPM ones that actually meet the numbers. Just now getting the income flow to reinvest back into the channel.
I have seen it on Alibaba, but they charge a ton, Global Industrial carries their carts, but they are over $500 as well. I found a crazy deal. I did find this on Amazon it has the pegboard, but its not as strong and the casters don't look great. amzn.to/3ELCtvk
6 total, but got some leftover. 3 packs bought as they come in pairs. Depends on if you have all the Jerry cans on the top. If not you might need a sheet or two more to fill in all that area.
@@CarsWithKeav awesome! I ordered the last 3 packs on Amazon. Hey you mentioned you had your reel attached with a steel plate backing. Can you provide me with some details in that? Was the plate custom made or you bought it somewhere? I ordered that cart with the slide draw and pegboards you linked
I’m having trouble finding it anywhere where it isn’t $500. I might have gotten the best deal in history. bbgaragestorage.com and globalindustrial.com seem to have a similar one from the same company, but like I said $500
@@CarsWithKeav I just purcased the Shuter cart. Was wondering what bolt size you used to mount the hose reel to the metal panel. Also, can you let me know what plate you use the opposite side of the panel to clamp the hose reel? It looks like you drill the holes on the panel right? Thank you.

That kart is stacked. All the essentials to get the car all dialed in. Those cutouts are clutch to keep them from tilting over.
Since all car parts are on backorder I figured lets put the mod energy into something else. LOL
Yes cheapest wash cart for enthusiasts just washing their own car. That would be a great video. Plus a setup for winter washing.
Already done. Budget cart was fun to build.
@@CarsWithKeav ahhh ok yeah it used same cart. Which as you said only one available I think in states.

Hello, what is the dilution rate of each product when you mix W4 W5 W6 and water in the foam cannon? THANKS
If mixing them together. 2oz W4 and 1oz each of W5 and W6 will do for a good maintenance wash. Fill to Max line which should be 1k ml or 32 oz.
