Why would employee tell their intention to leave?( If employer knows then they will take action against him/her/ they will start searching the replacement, once the replacement onboard, employee will ask to leave ) How will we determine actal intention?
I believe it could. For instance, if after onboarding the new staff isn't quite aligned with the entrenched organisational culture or feel out of place With the religious perspective/behaviour that's prevalent.
