    Dear Prof, this can be applied in college and school setting with students and staff. As an educator, I found your lecture very refreshing as your observations are clearly obvious in the education sector, and I believe Senior management really need to adopt these skills for the betterment of learning especially focusing on students behaviour and learning to create successful outcomes.
