Sharan .. let him complete sentence...chill man
😅🙏
Continuous interuption even stops our flow of thoughts

i saw your comment first before seeing the video… then i realised how annoying was it when Sharan kept interrupting
*Listening carefully is a skill...* 😅😅
Initially, my retirement strategy involved retiring at 62, engaging in part-time work, and diligently saving money. Nevertheless, exorbitant prices across all commodities have significantly disrupted this plan. I am apprehensive whether individuals who navigated the 2008 financial crisis encountered less challenging circumstances than what I am currently facing. The volatility in the stock market is a cause for concern, especially as my income has declined. Consequently, I worry about not accumulating sufficient retirement savings, given my reduced capacity to contribute as substantially as I did before.
Everyone needs a different stream of income , unfortunately having a job doesn't mean security due to the high rate of tax , one needs to move ahead their expectation, I would recommend refraining from investing in stocks for now. Instead, it would be prudent to consider retaining a portion of your assets in gold. Alternatively, seeking advice from a financial advisor could provide valuable guidance in this matter.
Very true, you can be passively involved in the markets and still amass wealth-gains using an investment advisor. I first dabbled in stocks late 2019, just before the pandemic, and that same year gained over 150% with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was following directions of my advisor. We are working on a retirement ballpark of $3m and I’m certain my goal isn’t farfetched after subsequent investments and tremendous returns so far.
I actually subscribed for a few trading courses but it didn't help much, been getting suggestions to use a proper financial advisor, how did you go about touching base with your coach?
There are a lot of independent advisors you might look into. But i work with Stacie Lynn Winson and I have been working together for nearly four years, and she is excellent. You could proceed with her if she satisfies your discretion. I support her.
Thank you so much for your helpful tip! I was able to verify the person and book a call session with her. She seems very proficient and I'm really grateful for your guidance
I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
My expectation is for 2024 that markets starts to broaden out more,” what if the interest rates go up? i have a ton of questions....can I safely invest my $800k? I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement, but don't know where to start.
It's crucial to have a well-thought-out strategy and not make impulsive moves based on short-term market fluctuations. Patience and a long-term perspective are key. You should consider a market expert to guide you
True, A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far
Fantastic! can u share more details
There are several independent advisors you could research. However, I have been working with “Natalie Carol Nielson” for almost four years, and we get along great. If she appeals to your judgement, you could continue with her. I support her.
Thank you so much for your helpful tip! I was able to verify the person and book a call session with her. She seems very proficient and I'm really grateful for your guidance
With world markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest rate hikes, the treasury yields rising rapidly, markets manipulations, and many other factors makes me wonder if people still make profits from all these investing BS.
I don't fully agree with you... With the right steps & predictions, one can make so much profit from the market in a day, do your own research.... Believe me or not as an inexperienced person who knows next to nothing, my net-profit is well over +45% just in a couple of months... I'm retired and I am using this extra funds to help pay for odds and ends that I want.
Hi Mike, your profit margin is quite inspiring and stunning for a starter; do you make use of spreadsheet, what is your biggest holding
@ Kentucky....Spreadsheets have always seemed incredibly time-consuming, stressful, and of no relevance to me. I mirror Kelly Marie Matwick's positions in real-time and I prefer it because it's very very transparent and everything is automated I don't have to be actively involved...You can give it a try.
it's pretty easy when you understand the market pattern. Buy the dip of good companies. lol.
Lately, I've been contemplating retirement, uncertain whether my 401(k) and IRA will ensure a secure future. I've also invested $800K in the stock market, experiencing fluctuations without substantial gains.
Using a 401(k) or IRA is a valuable strategy for retirement planning, providing potential savings growth and tax advantages. While the stock market is promising, expert guidance is essential for effective portfOlio management
Opting for an invest-ment adviser is currently the optimal approach for navigating the stock market, particularly for those nearing retirement. I've been consulting with a coach for a while, and my portfOlio has surged by 45% since Q2.
Who is the coach that provides guidance for you? I urgently require assistance; my stock portfOlio is stagnating, and I need invest-ment advice for retirement.
Christine Ann Podgorny is the licensed advisOr I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I searched for her name on the internet, found her page, and reached out via email to schedule a conversation. Thank you.
We experienced the pinnacle of our era, but it is now gone. Like what happened to Rome, the corrupt administration will bring this nation to an end. My condolences go out to anyone who is close to retiring and may be worried about whether their pension will be enough to pay the rising cost of living. Insane fiscal policy, poor regulatory policy, poor energy policy, and poor foreign policy
50 and early retirement. I'm very worried about the future and where we're all heading, especially in terms of money and how to get by. I'm considering making my first investment in the stock market, but how can I do so given that the market has been in a mess for the majority of the year?
Personally, I can connect to that. When I began working with Vivian Carol Gioia, a fiduciary financial counsellor, my advantages were certain. In these circumstances, I would always advise getting professional help so they can steer you through choppy markets and just give you indicators and strategies for knowing when to enter and exit the market.
Please tell me how I can think I have such skills. My funds are being murdered by inflation, therefore I'm looking for a more profitable investing strategy to put them to work.
You can look up the financial advisor using her complete name on your computer; I hire her since she looks after the portfolios of renowned investors.
I greatly appreciate it. I'm fortunate to have come upon your message because investing greatly fascinates me. I'll look her up and send her a message. You've truly motivated me. God's blessings on you
As a soon-to-be retiree, keeping my 401k on track after a bumpy 2022 is a high goal. I've read about investors generating up to $250k ROI in this present sinking market; any suggestions for increasing my ROI before retirement would be greatly appreciated.
there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
Please can you leave the info of your investment advisor here? I’m in dire need for one.
Natalie Lynn Fisk. You can easily look her up, she has years of financial market experience.
She appears to be a true authority in her profession. I looked her up online and found her website, which I browsed and went through to learn more about her credentials, academic background, and career. She owes me a fiduciary duty to act in my best interests. I set up an appointment to use her services.
Planning retirement has never been this confusing! First SVB, then Signature bank and now First republic, these are all the signs of yet another 2008 market crash and recession 2.0, so my question is do I still save in the United States dollar, or could this be a good time to buy stocks? So I’m left wondering what 2023 has in store for us investors, I’ve been sitting on over $745K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here,

Do you mind sharing info on the adviser who assisted you? been saving for pension since age 18 - company scheme. along the way I hit higher tax, so I added to my company pension with a SIPP (tax benefits) I'm 46 now and would love to grow my finance more aggressively, there are a few cars I still wish to drive, a few mega holidays
I really don't like making such recommendations, because everybody's situation is unique. But there are many freelance wealth managers you could check out. I have been working with "Stacie Lynn Winson" for about four years now, and she's really, really good. If she meets your discretion, then you could go ahead with her. I endorse her.
I just checked her out and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon
I followed FIRE. Retired at age 48. My suggestions - have own furnished house, car etc before it. Plan finances & future well depending on your personality & vision- take good insurances, save prudently in Banks & real estate. Lead a disciplined life style, be teetotaller, develop healthy emotional relationships and networks. Be a busy bee in keeping your mind young & conscious by making use of SWAYAM portal with growth mindset. Serve the society. Enjoy happy life with goal of well being❤❤
Retirees who struggle to meet their basic needs are the ones who could not accumulate enough money during their active years to meet their needs. Retirement choices determine a lot of things. My parents both spent same number of years in the civil service, but my mom was investing through a wealth manager, and my dad through the 401k.
This is true. I'm in my mid 50's now. My wife and I were following this same trajectory. Last two years, I pulled out my money and invested with her wealth manager. Not catching up with her profits over the years, but at least I earn more. I'm making money even before retiring, and my retirement fund has grown way more than it would have with just the 401(k). Haha.
Its unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $87k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.
@@TomD226 I think this is something I should do, but I've been stalling for a long time now. I don't really know which firm to work with; I feel they are all the same.
@lowcostfresh2266 Firms can be unscrupulous as they prioritise their own commission over your profitability. On the other hand, I prefer working with individual investors like Laurel Dell Sroufe, who only take a share from your profits, not your initial capital. I must say, my experience with her has been exceptional thus far.
He said he was not an exceptional student but went on to get AIR 25. 👌🙌
He didnt meant in this way, watch again
Yes. I caught that too. He is exceptional.
We need case studies of people who made FIRE possible with their 9-5 job in India, no inheritance. What was their investing style, life style, money philosophy.
Anyone can achieve FIRE with overseas job and high paying roles..unless you are not investing at all. Thats a given.
Yes these insights help a normal working professional to incoporate the learnings. This was just like a chit chat
Please get people who have worked in India and achieved FIRE at 37.. That will be some real case.. This video is not an apple to apple comparison
Agreed
Sharan don't have this kind of lunatic interviews just you to earn money. The basic is any person working with good salary in abroad they earn quick. The guy you have interviewing may be lived in the cheapest city of Dubai and saved a lot of money. Eg. You can easily earn 1 crore within 5 years having a mixer life in Dubai if tiu have a good salary. Today 1 cr fd will fetch 60 to 70 k per month. He earned hard by compromising so many things and this guy what going to do my retiring early. He goes for cycling bullshit. Still he is afraid of money , ask him to go to a village next to kanchipuram, he will get 5 bhk at 20,000 and 20000 will be other expense. What you do is for your own benefit. Bulkshit
Agreed.
Invest early, invest often, stay invested. Buy a good cross section of an economy and you should do well over the long term. The market will be high in 10 to 20 years, and significantly higher in 30. It's almost impossible for a company with no debt to go bankrupt. Canada is about 3% of the global marketplace, U.S. is about 50%, remainder on the globe is 47%. Pay yourself first. It's time in the market, not timing the market. i stay untop of the market with my FA Emily Lois Parker. Bulls and bears make money, but pigs get slaughtered. - some wise words -
Thank you, this was definitely worth the read, as an Investors may avoid making decisions out of fear of regret. This can lead to inertia, where individuals hold onto cash rather than invest, fearing they will make a wrong decision.
Thats interesting, i wasn’t familiar i will look her up and drop feedback, she seems really interesting
Truly It's all about using assets with compound interest to amass riches.
I looked up Emily Lois Parker on the internet out of curiosity; she has a strong résumé
Geez, strong performance in 2023. Congrats! Kick down those Wall Street doors
don't get fooled by this guys, he is CA, most of the guys are well off in good paying job who retire early, ordinary Indian mild class people can't retire that early... if planned well may be at 60..
🤩Thank goodness you brought this up! I'm favoured, $60K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America,,
Do you have an idea of any good advisor i can work with or have as a partners, that’s trust worthy ?
Do you have any tips for those of us who are just starting to dip our toes into this world ? Thanks for sharing your story!
Do you mind sharing info on the adviser who assisted you? I'm 29 now and would love to grow my portfolio and plan my retirement😊

My first visit to this channel and the interview.. it looked more like an interrogation than an interview by the host of the show.. but the guy was so chilled and replied calmly with absolute clarity..🎉
So how he achieved FIRE at the age of 37..
Cleared CA in first attempt, . Started working in investment banking domain, worked for 10+ years in Dubai, saved a lot of money, moved to Mumbai, then Pune.. and voila FIRE achieved..
I was expecting something meaningful to learn from this video.
Hi Sharan, thanks for bringing in Sandeep Agarwal. Happy that he achieved FIRE at his young age of 37. Congratulations💐. As someone rightly said, the session could’ve been longer one with questions such as his passion and life’s ambition? How he spends his day? His achievements apart from achieving FIRE? Etc. Etc. 12.24M is a shortest session I ever watched on your channel! Look forward to see more. Thanks
Very nice. Very insightful..
Perfect sharp questioning by Sharan.

So, if u work in india you will be in fire for growth, if u work in other countries you can achieve fire . Especially without paying taxes in Dubai... here in india i feel like i am working to pay taxes ...
habibi, come see UK/Germany people cry every month looking at their detailed pay slips
True man.. with 30% income tax, 18% GST ..our whole life is to earn to pay tax. 😢
Go to uk or canada you will pay more taxes
@@allamaprabhuani but you still earn good money to bring back to india and live like king . If you live in UK/Germany then u r also middle class like me, But if you come to india, you are rich then me... you still missing this calculation bro.
do you have capital gain tax in us/dubai or any other place for selling your property, in india you have...
This one was an exceptional interview. More of these
Love the FIRE concept and I was working toward my FIRE goal and achieved it when I turned 32 last year. However since then I have come to realize I appreciate only the FI part of FIRE. While the freedom to retire is there I love to keep working on my passion. Great interview which a lot of insights
SIP done throughout the year?
I loved the way sandip is so humble and grateful but immortal is not possible. Despite cracking ca he is so modest and down to earth. 👍
I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and
worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it
perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run.
I can’t focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 3years, you see I’ve got good companies in
my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/unstable market doesn’t provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?
There are a lot of strategies to make tongue wetting profit especially in a down market, but such
sophisticated trades can only be carried out by proper market experts
I’ve been down a ton, I’m only holding on so I can recoup, I really need help, who is this investment-adviser
that guides you?
Definitely! All of this happened in less than a year after *STEPHANIE KOPP MEEKS* told me what to do. I
started with less than $100,000, and now I'm about 18,000 short of having a quarter million dollars!
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I just ran a Google search for her name and came across her website, thank you for sharing.
hard work pays off 💯
Come on Sharan ! You don't ask a Woman, her age, Men, their salary and Chartered Accountant, their Attempt. You broke the '4th golden rule of accounts'.
Awesome bro.
Sharan, allow the gentleman to express himself; he has accomplished what we aspire to. His step-by-step explanation was disrupted by your constant interruptions, making it challenging for us to grasp the essential details of the matter.
You say he retired after 37 years, therefore he was born between 1987 and 1985, is a chartered accountant, and started his first company in 1998. That suggests he joined the company at the age of 11-13 years.
Such a modest person - calls himself lazy and not an exceptional student/employee; but he’s secured AIR 25 in CA exams and got many promotions in BNP Paribas (in his own words).

CA ranking 25 (a legend).
Start a job in 1998
Retire at 37 (2013)..
Very inspirational life story.
Keep it up Bro 💪💯 0:05
This could have had more details and some more specificity such as 1) what are the expenses that he is planning in the future ; 2) how has he allocated in terms of insurance; 3) what are his monthly expenses; 4) How has his expenses reduced when he retired
There was no discussion around how he achieved that 75x annual expenses?
With Roth IRA, the money you are contributing has already been taxed. At any time for any reason, you can withdraw your contributions tax-free and penalty-free. Additionally, any earnings on investments can also be withdrawn tax-free and penalty-free, Not sure how much to contribute, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $338k stock portfolio.
For the average person, the strategies are fairly demanding. In actuality, most professionals who have the necessary abilities and knowledge to complete such occupations do so successfully.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial. Some use hedging or defensive assets in their portfolio for market downturns. Seeking financial advice is vital. This approach has kept me financially secure for over five years, with a return on investment of nearly $1 million.
Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service?

Bro sold derivatives to others and invested in FD himself 😁

😂😂😂 Then he realised its getting more difficult to fool people to do that… then might have said let retire😂
Come onn.... I wanted to hear more saran. Have bigger sessions man. Still it was a good session. Love ya
Bro can you post a video for all the freshers who are starting their job recently please give them financial advice on how to save there salary for all there goals short term, long term, health and emergency please
Retirement doesn't mean doing nothing and only travelling around the world. After retiring early main problem lies and in managing money and not over spending. We shouldnt chase a retirement age instead try to find some part time hobbies and try persuing a new career where money isnt the ultimate goal. Like some part time consultancy of any skill you have inherited.
Great. Congrats to who have acheived fire. Another impt sharan u said is u have to be at the right place and rt time.
I love the way he said he wants to live forever
Sharan can you explain real estate cost, rent in Hyderabad and cities in Telangana state?
First time heard a FIRE person saying I am lazy😂 . Sir you werent lazy, your job in IB was very hectic. The got burnt out doinf long working hours in your job. Wish you all the best. Luck only comes to high achievers.

Which bank gives 15 years FD. I have never seen any public sector bank where you can do FD of 15 years. Maximum tenure is 10 years,
Good podcast but giving a brief of money he earned in bnp Paribas was essential becoz it would know people how much financial independence person can achieve
In my knowledge what I am saying is, We few of us live in urban cities trying to show that we achieved something financially/the F.I.R.E, Just go back and see what we are living for, Just to satisfy our basic needs FOOD,CLOTHING & SHELTER, I will tell my favourite example film director VETRIMARAN, After krafting some greatest films in his career, He bought few acres of land in the outskirts of chennai and entered in farming and agriculture activities, This ensures he lives a healthy lifestyle, He will eat from what he created, Probably on Ancient days this is how the man's life were, This money making thing is a whole rubbish Day-1 salary credited, Day-2 started spending and paying the debts and the cycle keeps on continues until our lifetime ends.
I agree with you
Mrs Jane The Bitcoin Trader is legit and her method works like magic I keep on earning every week with her new strategy.
Wow I' m iust shock someone mentioned expert Mrs Jane thought I'm the only one trading with her
She helped me recover what I lost trying to trade my self.
She's really amazing with her skills..she changed my 0.5btc to 2.1btc
I think I'm blessed because if not I wouldn't have met someone who is as spectacular as expert Mrs Jane,
I think she is the best broker I ever seen.
I still wonder how she gets her analysis, I got profit of $28, 609 with a capital of $4000 in 16 days of trading with her
My uncle in army retired at 33 😂🤣🤣 .. gets free quota of liquor also 😂

I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Mrs Michelle Stewart
wow.. amazing to see others who trade with Mrs Michelle Stewart, i'm currently on my 5th trade with her and my portfolio has grown tremendously.
I invest with Mrs Michelle Stewart too, she charges a 20%commission on profit made after every trading session which is fair compare to the effort she put in to make huge profits.
this is not the first time i am hearing of Mrs Michelle Stewart and her exploits in the trading world but i have no idea how to reach her.
As a first time investor I started trading with her, with just a thousand bucks. my portfolio is worth much more that now within just weeks of trading with her.
With the consistent weekly profits I'm getting investing with Mrs Stewart, there's no doubt she is the most reliable in the market. such a genius
Can you bring someone who is not a CA or have MBA degree from top bschools? And also he should be living in India throughout the life and have reached this stage.
If you work in India even till the age of 50; you will not be financially independent; NRI's retire early and most of them prefer to have majority of their liquid cash as dollars or Dirhams / GOLD so that they can naturally beat inflation

Lovely Sandeep sir
The marh doesn't add up, the guy in his livemint article said his monthly expense is 3lac also in this video saying, if we consider house the corpus increses from 50x to 75x. So 25x would be 9cr, dont think his 4bhk will cost 9cr in Pune. Also in mint article he said he retired with 100x monthly expnse.
Despite discussing only their story, I would suggest to include some strategies they followed to achieve FIRE.
You are good in shorts that doesnt mean you will learn everything in making such small videos. You should learn from nikhil and nithin kamath who makes long podcasts. He stays calm and asks everything.
Let your guests talk. Like listening hearing is an art.
Hey sharan...
Cheer up
What happened?
I have 3 years of annual expense. So a long way to go😮
This is my first video on Finances , Sharan/some one here help me understand how to get started to learn about Finances and F.I.R.E ?
What he did to achieve fat fire , would have been much detailed....
He said you do not have to be topper or something to achieve FIRE and 5 minutes down the line, he exposes himself by bragging his CA national ranking. I got nothing special out of this video. Even Sharan was very much laid back... Please come up with better content. This is typical topper who earned a lot and then decided to call it a FIRE. Also he is a banker. Ofcourse he knows money all his working lifetime. So we can not learn any mistakes from him....
The objective of the video is to share the story of Sandeep who has been able to achieve retirement at 37. He mentioned that he was not a topper at school. CA is done by people after college and not during school. Also, the learnings that I got personally from this video about early retirement is that you need to first have a target goal in mind, learn when to stay stop, be willing to switch cities to accelerate retirement, build expertise in a particular field to be the top1 % at it and leverage foreign income to accelerate your networth, also called geographical arbitrage.
@@financewithsharanI agree, you have articulated so well and learnt so many good aspects! Good work my friend!!
so well articulated sharan
Yeah !! I learnt something ...
@2:15 most shocking all most 85% of his investment is in debt, and not in stocks. On top of that he was a investment banker. Something fishy with his investment allocation.

Dubai..no wonder he could achieve FIRE....come on..we can never have the same learning as him..also FIRE is again americanise India ..reason previous generation worked till the retirement age is because they wanted to be of service...now when people are only surviving for money...they will only chase money... this guy agreed he's lazy...how will such people enrich the country further...imagine doctors also chase FIRE and retire...where will you go for surgeries Sharan? Finance is just one aspect of life... Finfluencers have successfully promoted it as the only thing in LIFE...and please...what's the purpose anymore for this lazy guy to be immortal?
Due think schools, colleges, and Hospitals are there to provide free services to the public?
Bloody everything in this human created world works for money/ high profits only.
Fact of the matter is that there are only 1% who really believe in providing free service to others, like their are few doctors, teachers who works in remote part of Indian with very limited income. The rest of 99% heard are behind profits or higher income.
Due to human greed lots of issues in each industry like specifically in health and education.
Due to greed of more profit the COVID 19 virus was created in lab and the pharmaceutical company made a huge profit out of vaccines.
I deeply agree that we shouldn't just focus on finances in life. but, FIRE is freedom, its not the end, its the beginning. Doctors/Engineers who enjoy their work, without having to worry about money can be of more service to the nation.
When you compare beer biceps podcast . The question are more curiosity from beer biceps but with finance with sharan it is more like questioning..
My bro said there is no need to work, even as he has made much money he should still sustain that money well if you, its back to stage 1 buddy.
I totally agree with you. Cause even huge money can fall, I've seen businesses fall due to them thinking they have made enough and even some wanting to make more.
That's why I started early to invest, I need more money, and at the same time, I need to sustain my wealth.
How do you ensure your business is productive?
I have a certified financial advisor who oversees my business and advices me on what to do next

All the time he didn't mention where all he invest and how he achieved the constant flow of money, whats his monthly expense, etc..
Investment in bank FD large sum of money is good, but the only fear is what happens if the bank goes bankrupt.
Immortality is matter of when.. not if it can be achieved.
Quickly wrapped up
High prices for everything have severely affected my plan. I'm concerned if people who went through the 2008 financial crisis had an easier time than I am having now. The stock market is worrying me as my income has decreased, and I fear I won't have enough savings for retirement since I can't contribute as much as before.
It's recommended to save at least 20% of your income in a 401k. You can use online calculators to estimate how much you should save based on your age and income. Saving at least 20% of your income in a 401(k) can help ensure that you have enough money to retire comfortably. By saving this much, you can take advantage of investing in the stock market and potentially grow your retirement savings over time.
I've been in touch with a financial advisor ever since I started my business. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders.
Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I’ve been with Margaret Johnson Arndt for the last five years or so, and her returns have been pretty much amazing.
He just planed it in very systematic way investing in shares and other thing from young age to be retired on 37 and now could go for whole life without working any more like without earning single penny as a salary and all
What about pension benefits? My father told me 'If you want to earn respect in the society, you have to outwork others' if you want to be rich, you'll have to work hard'. As a med student studying for years and just to quit at 37 doesnt make any sense. I guess after 40 is when we actually get respected and earn earn decent salary. He told me to quit med school anytime you want if you dont want respect or if you're ready to live a normal ,average life. Bc we have food ,shelter for life. But you cant live hi-fi bmw life with savings and burning assests.. a high paying job is must.
I am 33. I have some investment that I get rent around 1.5L/month. That's I would say suffies my monthly expenses also can do some savings as well. But I love to work. I don't see myself retired early. I may quit my current job but will do something of my own. What I understand you get old once you retire.
Bhai ek roadmap bhi dijiye na plz on this.

7:32 He started in 1998 at what age? If he is 37 as of now ? Doesn't add up. Someone explain?
He was 37 years of age in 2013.
This video is made now, at the age of 47, he has retired at the age of 37 in 2013.
Retiring early may sound good but beleive me you won;t be able to pass your day without a meaningful job....a career not only bring money but also engagements, social acceptance, discipline and opportunity to share and care.... else multimillionaires won't work
Why aren't you on spotify??
I left in middle of conversation because person earned in abroad and came back to India....only interested to know who is average want to retire earn in india and retire
The best way to become rich is to tell others how to become rich 😺

15 years ka fd nahi hota hai. Maximum 10 years than you can renew
With deepest of respect I do disagree with this notion in mind that I shall retire before 50. Mukesh Ambani or Adani or Mr Tata would have then retired in their 50s....it is absolutely bogus idea..one should work till his or her health permits and simultaneously invest in assets that can beat inflation in longer horizon
I would like if you can interview a female who had similar kind of financial situation and not been to US or any other country then India. I believe majority people works in India and probably of moving out of Indian is very competitive nowadays. So someone who worked in India and might be from a simple education background.
Thank u Anna
