- Residents of Gardenia Glory in Noida Sector 46 are struggling to get their flats registered with the Noida Authority. "Despite handing over the flats to homebuyers. There are dues on the builder's part, around Rs 650 crore. And the builder is not paying for this land due to the Noida Authority. This is why, not a single registry has been executed to date," said Kailash Pandey, a homebuyer at Gardenia Glory.

The promoter of this group is malook nagar who himself is a sitting MP.. he is beign elected to give service to the people despite that he is looting money. He has contested this election with NDA alliance..
Noida authority is worst when it comes to take care of common man of Noida..but works actively when they have to exploit or extract money from same common man..

Govt. have to look into the matter and solve the problem asap.
They can’t builder have to pay the dues of authority and politicians already took their cut when they allotted land to builder way back in 2008/09.
