No, but there might be some others on the sound side that are. I'm not that familiar with the area. I just fish this pier because it's for the park that we stay in sometimes.
Can anyone actually confirm that wrapping the hook in electrical tape does anything? Unless the sharks are discharging an electrical charge that the hook would conduct away I don't really see how electrically isolating it would change anything.. other than adding the weird scent of electrical tape.
That is a private pear for the residents only I'm sorry but my grandma and grandpa live there so please don't fish on the pear again please and thank you good bye.

If you go back. Fish the Fort Macon inlet, using bigger baits, big blue fish or or mackerel heads.
There’s a pile of 5-6 foot spinners and blacktips.
This is awesome man! I shark fish at atlantic beach all the time! It’s the best place!
Are there any good spots to catch monsters?
What rod are you using with that Penn controversial reel?
Hey man I moved down here last year and have been looking for some spots to try this out. Is that a public pier?

I don't live there. I just visit a few times during the summer. I'm actually looking for some good spots in the area myself.
