as i ride a very high motorbike, i need a little bit more heel height. Which one would be your suggestion with a high heel and casual look?

Do these offer toe protection and or heel protection? And do these feel light on feet for walking, running and workout?

These are reinforced in both the heel and toe box. While these are light and comfortable to walk in I would not use them to run in or workout in. - Van

Sorry I do not have any specific numbers to share. From the pics I feel like you can get a good sense for the height of the heel. Like most moto footwear it is not very extreme. - Van
