Thank you for sharing! Shouldn’t those meals contain more veggies? Like a salad on the side or baked or roasted veggies? Those meals looked nice but really small and not as well rounded as I’d hoped. How much water or fluid per meal or day? Maybe he can elaborate when he comes on your channel. 🙂

J AS what I said wasn’t meant for her figure. I’m talking health and energy wise. Not getting enough calories when you’re active (and she is) can lead to shut down of body organs, tissues, basic functions.
stephanie strok I understand and I’m saying for her to have that figure that’s her diet. She understands it is a little less than some others but that’s her job. Her organs are not going to shut down. I eat maybe 400 calories per day then her and I workout. Everyone is different but I personally need a little more than this. I also think a lot of people think they need more than they do. Take care :)
Really interested! I was diagnosed a heart issue and went feom being super active to completely inert and gained 21 kgs! This year I want to improve my diet but I’m a suuuper picky eater. This meal plan seems sensible. Is Erick on instagram?
Love this so much :) Great advice. I'm nearly at my goal weight, but I struggle with balancing intuitive eating and watching what I eat. This approach seems like I can easily follow it long term and maintain my goal weight. Love your channel xoxo

Anne Williams 1,339 calories on her plan ☺️ it’s on the pdf on the blog. And with the good workouts I guess netting around 1000 calories a day
