I started dry brushing after I saw one of your Insta-stories of you at that wellness retreat place in CA where they were dry brushing you. I had never heard of it so I looked it up and apparently it's good for your lymphatic system. It's definitely a weird feeling...having your skin brushed... but my skin is so soft afterwards.
